Will update with his name once I get that, but this guy was amazing! Straightforward, didn't try to sell me something ridiculous that I didn't need, diagnosed the problem quickly and had heat flowing near instantly. 10/10 would recommend.

Earl was friendly, on time, and efficient!! He fixed my toilet and bath in less than 20min- I had been struggling trying to fix it myself for two weeks. I wish I would have reached out sooner! He was awesome.

Don't call for a simple water heater repair, they'll send a guy with a replacement tank. Paid $65 for a sales pitch 🙄. I Bought the right replacement parts for $60.

Very disappointed. Called on a Sunday, paid the weekend ridiculous fee to have our issue addressed only to be pushed off until Monday... took off work to accommodate the plumber only to be pushed off until Tuesday. I am now out $165 for a guy to arrive to my house for ten minutes and do nothing, and I lost a days work. I called Bufalini Plumbing Solutions, they came within hours and did the entire job for almost $200 less. I feel completely taken advantage of by Armstrong. I will never call them again and I highly advise others to shop around. Highway robbery at its best!
