Multiple issues brought in multiple contractors (cast iron radiator froze and split, no same-sized radiator could be located, decided to install a mini-split instead (HVAC) which required upgrading the electrical panel box (electrician). For four days the guys worked in extreme cold weather. They were informative and explained everything to our satisfaction. It was ALOT of money (nearly $30,000) but that’s the risk of having a big old house!

RJ was fantastic. He checked fuse box and made some suggestions that were not needed urgently.
was very respectful in our home and offered us some alternatives but wasn't PUSHY at all
I was expecting a pressure upsell but that did not occur

Steven Thompson came to our home today to look into a plumbing issue in our basement. He was able to locate the problem immediately and let us know how to resolve it. He was thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

Steven Thompson explained everything in thorough detail. Honestly the best service technician in any trade I have ever dealt with. For sure would recommend him to anyone.

Scott King did a fantastic job cleaning out my sewer piping, very satisfied with his service today, definitely will call him back, if I need more plumbing and sewer repairs.

Rob did an excellent job. He did a plumbing job for us. He explained everything before the job was done. Very kind and professional. He had the job completed in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to use Gillece again.

Eric came to my home in one days time to evaluate claims that my septic tank did indeed collapse. Once confirmed he had the repair crew scheduled for the following day. The repair crew were top shelf and completed the work in a timely manner. All in all I was quite pleased with Gillece Services & would highly recommend them.

Robbie installed my new garbage disposal. He really worked getting it installed. Something I could never have done. He was very professional and took care of my home like it was his. The office staff was equally as good getting the installation scheduled. Communication was better than I could have asked for.

Jacob was really professional and polite. We just moved into our new house.We had electrical issues and needed help.Jacob came ,introduced himself and looked into all the issues.He went over everything with us and explained why we needed different things.He showed us the estimate (3 different ones)for everything .Fixed things that needed done immediately and planned to come to finish later in the week.Showed us all the payment options and helped us through the paperwork (less than 5 min).It was a good experience for new home owners.Thanks for all your help.

Nick was incredibly helpful, he gave us good advice to help with the water, we used it an it actually worked and we only got charged $65. Truly a great guy I hope he gets more work

Eric H. did a great job cleaning my clogged pipes. He was knowledgable, friendly, and unclogged the pipes in no time. I would recommend Gillece without hesitation.

Steve Thompson is the type of service technician that I always wanted. I am extremely pleased with him from the first hand shake to the last. He thoroughly explained what to expect from his service and what each step would be. He was perseverant to determine the cause of my sewer line problem. He didn’t stop until he discovered the cause of my sewer back up. He probably saved me thousands because he worked diligently to analyze the problem enough to eliminate an expensive back hoe job. And Steve not only a great and knowledgeable techniciana but a great person as well. We discussed his and my families and shared a wonderful conversation on a personal level. Gillece should be proud to have such a great representative for their company.

Last week my furnace went out. My wife the company who installed it years ago. They said they would get back to us. We called again and they were to busy but would call us when someone was available. It was freezing in house. I looked up places to fix furnaces. First one I called was busy. I then called Gillece. I explained no heat and temps were dropping. It was around 2:30 pm. They sent someone out right away. Found out it was my control panel. Didn't have part with him. Instead of coming back next day Davante went back to shop and got part. Price was great but service even better. Its been about a week and still no call back from other company. Thanks so much.

They answered during a snowstorm and kept me updated during a furnace failure emergency. I was the first stop the next morning.

My Technician was Davante Simmons, he came in, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, drove an hour to get tye needed part, looped me in on the expenses, installed and tested it even after it was working. Mr. Simmons was professional and helpful. Left no mess. 10/10 will be calling for our summer maintenance service!

Our service man was Alex and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was very courteous and friendly. Would recommend him every time.

Scott was an absolute joy to have work on our water today. He was incredibly fast and efficient and friendly on top of that. I greatly appreciate how prompt he was and how great he was communicating what we needed. I couldn't recommend this technician more

Nick should be cloned. What a delight to meet a technician who is above & beyond polite, courteous & professional. Arrived promptly after initial phone call. Saved us valuable time and money. Would definitely recommend Gillece if this is an example of the technicians they employ.

My furnace was making a loud noise & heat quit working. Gillece was right on it when I called. Came same day to look at unit. Back here next day to install and my AC unit was old so we did a package deal. I asked about coupons, found rebate for $500 senior citizens. Gas company gives $200, AC gives $100, & my new dehumidifier gives $25. All for Energy Star units. The techs were Great & knowledgeable! Really nice men. Took 2 full days to install everything and they never quit working. Checked both Furnace, AC unit, & the new thermostat. All work Perfect ! They shop vacuumed
up after themselves & left my area cleaner than when they started.
Kudos to George, Tim, Bob, & Dave. Thank you ! Job Well Done & I have heat again.
