My furnace dead in the dead of winter. Huge issue. Triangle came through for me in a day. I thought that was impossible. And at a great price compared to other quotes.

Josh came so quickly they squeezed us in and were rapid with not only response but service! He was extremely professional and knew exactly what had gone wrong and had us up and running again within no time at all! Highly recommend we will utilize them for all of our future service needs!

Can't recommend them enough. I called around 10AM on a Thursday and they stopped by around 1PM. I was worried my AC had died. My technician took time to review all issues and walk me through solutions. It turns out I simply had a wire in the wrong place from when another company looked at it. I almost want my AC to break down again so I can use this professional service.

These guys were super easy to work with and saved me a ton of money over the other guys that came out to give me an estimate. The work looks great and the guys that came out were super nice and did clean work. I’d use them again and again

We had a hot water tank emergency and they found a way to fit us into a busy schedule. On the same day, they installed a hot water heater and expansion tank. I would highly recommend this company. They do excellent work and are very professional.

Hired Triangle to install a new fan and motor as well as an Air Purifier. We had a great experience!! They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest! Would recommend them for any HVAC work!

Woke up one morning my furnace wasn't working. I called Triangle, and within 15 min. the repairman was here. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the part on his truck. The repairman was very professional. I would highly recommend Triangle.

Thank you Kevin for explaining my heating problem and for the fast and excellent service. I have used Triangle Heating and A/C in the past and they always came through for me . And because of employees like Kevin I will continue to use Triangle in the future for all my heating and A/C needs . I will also refer Triangle to anyone I know who need service or a new A/C or heating unit .

I requested a service call that included a tune up. Ben was fantastic. He was knowledge, professional, and quick. The company as a whole was very accommodating to a last minute rescheduling that I had last week, too. The price was fair and I plan on making this service a routine with them. If you're searching for a company to trust then you just found it.

Our furnace quit Christmas Day- we toughed it out overnight, they called us back before 9a the next day and had us heated before noon! It was freezing & we were at their mercy - for a $22 part...I sent the tech with a tray of cookies. Good service, honest evaluation, trustworthy company.

I highly recommend Triangle Air Conditioning!! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air and it wasn’t cooling down the house. Kevin came out and had our A/C up & running in less than an hour. He explained our issue and was very knowledgeable. No crazy sales tactics or upselling - I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that!! I’m so happy I found these guys! I’ll definitely be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future!

These guys truly are amazing. I had 2 other companies in the area come out to take a look at my Arcoaire furnace, and also a family friend who is a licensed contractor before I ran across these guys. And NO ONE could figure out the issue with the system. Not only did they fix it, but they're also the only ones that went out of their way to find out that my unit was actually still under warranty! It turns out, the issue I was having was something that they ran into multiple times in the past. Experience, professionalism, a high level of integrity, and extremely prompt service were all displayed. For that I am grateful!

On July 4th, we lost power. When the power was restored, our furnace fan was damaged due to the violent power surge so we had no air conditioning in the brutal heat. I called Triangle and Josh responded almost immediately after I talked to the answering service. He came out the next morning, had the part ordered and installed the next day. Very professional and courteous at all times. Special thanks to Josh and the office staff at Triangle for a great job! Thank you!

my furnace went out and I needed someone to take a look that night to see what the problem was. They had someone out fast and got me going that night. in just a few days they had the part they needed ordered and installed. really happy they got it fixed fast and for a good price.

The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and got it done in record time. My family has been using triangle for so.e time now and we will continue. The just did a furnace check and clean on a house I just bought and I will be call them to do the same with the a/c in a month or so

I received a call back from Justin at Triangle today and he was very
courteous and informative. He set up an appointment to give me
a free estimate on replacing my oil boiler with a high efficiency gas boiler
including a heat analysis of my home. I am look forward to the appointment next Weds. Shari C.

12/24/21 So, it's Christmas Eve, I am expecting company and they are staying overnight. The furnace quits. I call the HVAC company I have used for 30 years, I get connected to Triangle instead. They bought the previous HVAC company. I gave them a shot! The tech ( Jim ) arrived at my house in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem, had all the parts he needed in the truck, and got me up and running in an hour or so, Great Service! Sometimes change is difficult, this time it was easy! I have a new A/C and Heating company, Triangle! Joe

Triangle was very easy to work with on an AC install , made sure I understood everything that was going into my house, and provided excellent on-site support a year later without even charging us because we didn't know that we had to change an air filter. Very happy with my experience with them.
