I'm an hour and half away from home try to help my wife's family replace their main water line I goole plumbing supply stores near me this one pops up so I come over with the fittings I need to replace they set me up with what I need which is fine now I realize I am making a non typical connection so they sell me a tool one which I'll never use turns out I don't even need the tool try to return said tool and lm told they don't take tools back tool is still in original box not impressed I would gladly paid a restocking fee for their time and trouble I am a self employed carpenter not a plumber so I do understand the need to make money but I don't get to stick my customers with cost of something unless it was special order
UPDATE shortly after I posted this review I was contacted by Jerry and he wanted to know how to remedy the afore mentioned issue he said he would reimburse me the cost of the tool and shipping Jerry apologized for the misunderstanding that lead to my initial review I'd like to thank Jerry for reaching out a company that is willing to go the extra mile to make it right is a company worth doing business with
