We decided to order oversize (6) inch gutters for our home due to the deluge of rain we now get in our area of Bucks County Pennsylvania. Ned's gave us a competitively priced project quote for new gutters throughout the house. They also sent us proof of insurance and a list of FAQ & answers that reassured us in our selection. They were also listed in the PA Attorney General's Contractor web page (a must for me). The services rendered was professional, the crew Fernando and Robert were curteous on time and clean the entire area when the job was completed. I highly recommend them

They said it would take about 1 1/2 weeks to come out to clean the gutters but actually arrived the next day. They worked fast and cleaned everything up. All debris was put in recyclable bags. Great service!

Workers arrived right after a hard driving morning rain. They brought their own hoses and thoroughly flushed our gutters and downspouts. I saw huge gobs of debris flushed out. They did a good job of cleaning anything that fell; I had a few small areas on the fascia and siding to spray off debris but that was minimal. The only instruction they didn't follow was to dump debris unbagged in our green can which our county service contractor dumps; we cannot bag our lawn or leaf debris.

Excellent Service! I have an annual account with Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning. Their crew is always on time. Their work is organized and very thorough. Last Sunday during a heavy rainstorm, I noticed that my that my upper roof gutter was clogged with tree residue and would not drain. Called Ned Stevens that day and their crew was at my house by 9:00am the NEXT day to clean all gutters. Couldn't ask for a better response!

Very reasonable rates for my gutter installation. Easy to set up an appointment. Quick turnaround! They were out the very next week to install the gutters. Quick and efficient work. Completed the job in one day. Allowed a payment plan which made all the difference. Very pleased!

I was a little hesitant to use this company because they were purchased by a large multi state company. I like to support local or family businesses. But I was completely happy with the workmanship, installation and cleanup. The price, after some negotiation, was completely reasonable. Other companies rejected me because it was a "small job." I had a new k style gutter and downspout installed on our front porch. Armando, Xavier and Johann were my assigned crew and they were professional, friendly competent and answered all of my questions. This company has other services and I would definitely contract with them again. Also, I was not compensated for this review.

I have the platinum plan for gutter cleaning and beds does a good job. They come out and clean the gutters as well as flush them out. I had a clog happen between cleanings and they came out and put the down spout back on for me. Over all it has been a good experience and the price is average for the cost of per cleaning. They also take the debris which previous contractors I had did not do that which is a huge bonus.

Ned Stephen’s gutter cleaning came out this past Friday and unclogged our buried gutters. They were the third company we contacted to resolve this issue, which has been ongoing and results in water in our basement every heavy rain. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and patience to resolve our issues. I have been using a different gutter cleaning company for 24 years, but based on the excellent service the two workers provided we will be switching to Need Stephen’s for all our future gutter maintenance.

Everyone beginning with the first phone call to the very end was very pleasant and informative and took the time to explain what was going to be done and they did it. The crew working on replacing the old gutters couldn’t have done a better job plus showing me where the problem areas were and what needs to be done in the future. Thank You!

This last visit was the best service (i) thought about canceling because (i) was tired of 2 men coming and not even taking 5 minutes But Axel and his partner were courteous and thorough and did an excellent job that was the first time someone cleaned up the debris from gutters. I received prenotification for this service only a few minutes before the crew actually arrived. Consequently, a few things I would have completed ahead of the visit (such as moving patio furniture and large potted plants out of the way) could not be accomplished. The crew just treated these obstacles as part of the job and went about their business in a workmanlike manner. They took their time, worked hard and did an excellent job.
