Steve and crew were GREAT!!

Weekend service, on call guy arrived in an hour assessed and fixed the leak. Huge issue resolved so we had working sink and shower.

We thought our garbage disposal was broken and called in Banes and Daughters Plumbing for an estimate tor a new unit. Steve gave me a fair and reasonable price for the replacement. But he didn’t stop there. He asked me how I knew it was actually broken. Ahem It didn’t work. . ?
He carefully examined the garbage disposal and found there was a baby spoon stuck in the unit. He pulled it out and it works like a charm . He didn’t charge me a dime ! He said we were on his way home and this visit was on him. Just want to give him a shout out because he could have easily just charged me for a new replacement unit. Instead , he did the right thing and fixed it.
I highly recommend him and will now use him for all my plumbing needs.

Find a better plumber. Use them for emergency only!

Replace my sewer trap in front of my house an found out later he didn't put a trap he put a t an the smell comes up when we use the water called him to come back an he never did come back we are now stuck with the smell. What ever you do Don't use this company

Zero Stars. I’m so disappointed with the work of this company. I was quoted few dollars shy of 2 grand for an (all day) job. Which I was told. Actual work done in 2 1/2 hours. Left 3 large holes in ceiling uncovered for toxic mess to drop down. Also the men cut into a support beam for repair and left ceiling in an unsafe condition for owner. Yes, I called to share my concerns and thoughts. Never heard back from the owner Steve. Would NOT recommend this company ever. So unsatisfied and unhappy with work.

Outrageous charges - $400 for fixing a loose shower handle. They sent a less-skilled plumber and then charged me for the time he had to take to consult their master plumber and get the needed equipment. Master plumber figured it out in 10 minutes, but I had to pay because of their choice to send someone who didn't know what to do. Company owner wouldn't even talk to me. Stay away if you don't want to pay far too much.
