Updated Edit - Very happy with Alexa who acted like the Costco customer support I was hoping for - and the technician who came by was so great - he identified what no one else could - there were leaks in the vents in the crawlspace AND the fake return vent were real just didn't have metal vents. The turn around was super quick. We did Costco vendors for our floor, HVAC, and would buy a house from a Costco vendor if they sold them.
Previous Edit - The Technician was very nice - Dispatch said it would be a $104 fee for the assessment - after he did the assessment - he said it was $329 (after discount) for the assessment - then if we wanted an assessment to install return ducts it would be another assessment (for another fee) - Costco recommended them for AC install - but their repair division feels a little bait and switch scammy. -
Very poor service and response to emergencies!

Horrible. An experience I would love to forget that happened last week. Will be using a different company after basic warranty is up.

Once they have your address they will hound the living daylights out of you. Steer clear unless you are into harassment.

Scheduled a plumbing repair, waited all day, the plumber never showed up. They never called me, I had to call them twice to find out that he wasn't coming.

I bought a new home from Ryan Homes at Nancy Run, Bethlehem , PA. This company has left us with a non-working unit on the second floor, that is now damaging our finished basement. HORRIBLE customer service, same lady promising the project manager *BOB* will call. WEEKS waiting for a solution.

Sobieski HVAC does not honor its service contract after not only installing the AC system, but also receiving $19.99 each month to have the service contract current. I had an appointment for Mon June 17th that was not kept. When I called to complain, I was disconnected. Each time I called there after, I did not receive a return call. I call out Sobieski HVAC because I can not get an appointment until July and 3 weeks from today. It is hot and humid and Sobieski took my $19.99 each month but did not live up to its service contract. Shame on you Sobieski HVAC ...

This company is such a disgrace. They didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment, and this is the THIRD time. Customer service is extremely poor. Have asked to talk to the supervisor and the owner, but the front desk refuses. Apparently none is reachable. Have talked to one supervisor, Candace, who was rude and could care less to answer my questions. They don’t value others time and have no respect for their customers after they messed up so bad and is supposed to come back to fix the issue.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE. -

There is a big issue to be fixed and supervisor suppose to come they are postponing from summer and now it's winter hope they realize and act on my card

I had the misfortune of hiring Sobiesky for an AC repair, and it was a complete disaster. The so-called technician who showed up clearly had more experience in selling than in actual technical knowledge. He charged us for every minute he spent trying to figure out what was wrong. He then proceeded to tell us that the compressor was not working and that we needed to either replace the compressor or the entire system, which would cost us $3500 or $7000. After giving us a bill for the diagnostic of $350, he scheduled a future visit to change the compressor. However, we didn't trust him and called a family company for a second opinion. The family company technician found that the breaker was tripped and the system outside was disconnected, which was the real problem. He fixed it in no time, and the compressor was in perfect condition. The cost was only $150. It's clear that Sobiesky employs crooked employees who only care about ripping off their customers. I would never recommend this terrible company to anyone.

Called in for then to check for a clog they told me we were out of warranty after a year, however Ryan homes have a 2 year warranty with plumbing issues. When pointed out the service rep gave me attitude and told me to submit at ticket through Ryan homes portal.. let's see if they show up and honor the warranty... So far these other reviews give me doubts they will.
