After a previous general contractor left me moving back into my home after a fire with no heat in January, Paragon came to the rescue and made me a top priority, installing a very complex hvac system that met both my budget and my immediate need. I would recommend them to anyone in need of services great or small! Thank you!

We just had Paragon put in 3 mini-splits in our South Philly home, and it was a great experience. The team was open and clear about communication, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything turned out great!

Had a great experience with Paragon installing our new mini split system. From the initial walk-through and thinking through all of the options, to the installation process and the follow-up afterwards, they are highly communicative, thoughtful, and honest about every step in the process. And now our house is much cooler! Would highly recommend.

(Note that I happen to have the exact same name as one of the owners, but we are different people!).

I can't recommend Paragon enough! I had a complicated situation with my furnace during a severe cold snap and the owner, Gabe, went out of his way (on multiple occasions!) to make sure I was a priority and that my heat was restored. At one point, he even drove an hour to secure a part for me rather than ordering it and losing a day. Gabe and his team had to do a lot of detective work to get to the root of my problem and they were amazing at every step--responsive, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and willing to take the time to walk me through everything. I was a new customer who they owed nothing to but they treated me like a lifelong customer--which is what I am now!

After contacting quite a few contractors, Paragon was recommended to us by our neighbors - who were thrilled with the completed work by this family owned business. We could see why from our first meeting with the father/son owners. Instead of a pre-packaged "presentation," they immediately engaged in a conversation with us about our goals - both in terms of air condition and aesthetics in/on our house. We then received a series of options, each addressing our concerns. This was followed by a detailed walk through with the "site foreman" who made small changes at our request. Once agreed upon, work began and ended on time. Real care was taken to ensure our house was kept clean (despite construction) and all the Paragon workers were incredibly polite, professional, and detailed oriented. This is all to say, I can' t recommend Paragon Contractors more highly. They are a remarkable family-owned business. I am sure you will be completely satisfied with their entire process and the results.

Gabe (the owner) and John and Hola are the absolute best. We got central AC installed (with heat pump) and separately replaced a legacy hot water radiator with a new model. All jobs were done professionally and efficiently, exactly as promised. Communication was outstanding. The job was incredible. We love our new system. Highly highly recommended.

Used this company to install mini splits. Bottom line, this company not only did horrible work but was horrible to work with. Very deceitful, but also very personable making it difficult to find out what they aren’t being honest about until it’s too late! Products used around the copper piping are well known to cause holes in said copper piping, which surprise, is exactly what happened. This company only cares about 1 thing and that’s banging out project after project to line their own pockets and cares not one bit about the terrible work they do! Stay far away.
