I have used Roth Heating in the past and just as today they did a great job. Our A/C went down late yesterday and their tech, Dave, was here this morning and had it repaired and refrigerant charged in an hour. Dave has been here before for furnace install and we were very pleased. We highly recommend Roth.

Our plumbing issue was eventually fixed, but messes were left behind and leaks. They were friendly and low cost, though.

After initially being "forgotten" for a couple weeks they came and started working on my dryer vent. Just went up to check on it after a month and support they "secured" with tape has fallen off, the tape they used to hold the pipe seams together is coming apart, I taped the several untaped seams personally, and noticed the piece of siding they said they would secure was never taken care of. Just seemed kind of expensive for 15' of aluminum pipe. I would recommend other companies for you hvac needs.

Company didnt respond to 24hr emergency number until the following day and told us they didnt service oil furnace that they sold us.

Had Roth install my furnace in 2007 and wanted central air as well. They told me my house couldn't support central air and we believed them. All these years we have had window units. Had someone come out today and assess the duct work and he really has no idea why they said that other than it had to be an inexperienced technician. I will never use this company again.
