Great company experience! Brad did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issues on our two rooftop AC units of our sprinter van. After the maintenance was completed , both AC units worked like new! Thank you!

Phil and guys did a great job responding quickly, identifying the problem and getting A/C back in my house! I appreciate that they've also checked in afterwards to ensure everything is still running properly. I'd recommend Junction to anyone that wants a professional and reliable HVAC contractor.

Great people to work. No surprises. The price they quoted is the price I paid. Went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied and were glad to do the request of where I wanted the unit placed. Not what was .ore convient for them.

In mid July, I had called on Junction Air-conditioning from a friend’s recommendation. The very next day, they sent their sales associate Phil to my home. They informed me that the outside AC unit no longer could be repaired due to the age of the unit and its outdated parts. Within 1-hour they had sent me a very fair price to replace the AC unit and Air Handler. Within 2-3 day they had equipment delivered and started to job. Both Alex and Dave originally said that the work would take 2-days, but they worked throughout the day in 90 degree temperatures to complete the job. This company did not only meet my expectations but went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely fashion

Chris and Phil were super helpful explaining what my options were for a new a/c system. Dave and Alex were quick with install and did a great job. Highly recommend.

My experiences with your company have always been extremely friendly and professional from the people in the office to Mike our technician..I will continue to be a customer because in this day of age it's rare to find that combination...I really appreciate how they make you feel value like a valued customer.

Had to replace a 25yo AC unit, and had a great experience. Phil was amazing! He was very thorough in explaining the options and the process. He got us a great unit at a price that was much lower than we expected. Brian R and Alex on the install were incredibly professional and efficient.

My experience was nothing but fantastic! My furnace , which was on its last leg finally died. I have dealt with junction prior so gave them a call. Office staff was friendly and informative. Chris kept me informed of everything that was happening with my new furnace. Rusty and Anthony were timely and knowledgeable and installed my new furnace without any issues. It is working perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

We had our AC unit stop working and Junction Climate Control came to the rescue. Phil arrived an hour after my initial phone call. He evaluated the system and listened to our concerns and addressed them completely. Phil was able to get us on the schedule quickly due to a cancellation and we were beyond thrilled. Two days later Brian and Rusty arrived prepared to get our issue resolved. All 3 of them, Phil, Brian’s and Rusty were attentive and completed their tasks efficiently and made sure all issues were addressed and to our satisfaction. Our family have used JCC for multiple homes and recommend them to anyone who wants superior customer service.
