Found this company on next door. Had an urgent bathroom issue that I needed addressed that was damaged due to someone else doing different shower work. A piece of my shower wall and tiles needed to be replaced and someone was sent same day and actually fixed the problem. I am still shocked someone was able to come out same day on a Saturday and actually fixed the issue after three other people from a different company could not. I highly recommend.

Zack, the Owner of La Villa Luxe has brought our kitchen to life! We were in a rush to get our kitchen completed because the dishwasher and other old plumbing gave us some problems which mostly destroyed the kitchen floor. I contacted a few contractors, but none of them would show up. I made a notice on Nextdoor and Zack responded to my inquiry, did everything he said he would do and more! He was there from start to finish and communicated throughout the process. I knew what I roughly wanted in my new kitchen, but he enhanced the design and cabinetry to make it work for the space we have. He knocked out a wall between our kitchen and dining room to give us more space. Zack selected the materials we needed, which were of good quality, so I didn’t have to take time out of my busy work schedule to get everything we needed. Zack and his team spent an abundance of time going over and fixing the little things that I never thought of. The little touches of trim that complete and make the kitchen look amazing! Since we already were redoing our kitchen, our living room and dining room floors needed work done along with our steps. So, I decided to make it all uniform flooring which makes the house look more modern. Overall, I am very, very happy with my new kitchen! I truly appreciate Zack being able to squeeze our kitchen project on little notice with great success! I plan on hiring Zack for other projects in the future!

I hope to have before and after pictures up as soon. As I am very busy it is taking me time to get my kitchen and house back in order.

Zack is wonderful to work with. He has great ideas and really listens to you and helps you decide what you need. He completely redid two bathrooms, fixed a leak from the bathroom into the living room and seamlessly patched the ceiling and updated the kitchen. Zack works within your budget and lets you know immediately about any issues. I highly recommend him and hope to be able to work with him again.

La Villa Luxe renovated my bathroom after a nasty pipe burst. They restored it to its former glory and also installed new tiles and I love it. They did a fantastic job. I will definitely do my kitchen with them next.

Zach and his crew put up a horizontal privacy fence and patio in our backyard. He was very responsive to us and extremely patient with answering all of our questions in the beginning and walking us through the process. He was able to fit us in faster than every other contractor. He and his crew completely transformed our backyard into someplace new and private and did it in about 3 days! He was very responsive to changes and issues we had as we went and was accommodating throughout. He even fixed a broken stair on our deck without us asking or even charging us anything extra. Our family and friends are really impressed and it’s nice to have such a large project finished so quickly.

I Love my new bathroom ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️. I have waited almost 3 years to have my bathroom remodeled as family started it and that was it!!. I was fortunate to meet Zachary on our neighborhood app and he was a blessing. I would definitely recommend his services.

Zach remodeled our horribly out dated laundry room. His team did a great job!! I never thought it would look so good. Zach was very quick to respond to any of our communications. He came to our home at the completion of the project to ensure that we were satisfied with the Laundry room. We will definitely contact La Villa Luxe for any future projects.

Zach was responsive even on a Sunday evening. He seemed really nice and motivated to get a look at the project. However, a guesstimate of $5k for labor, materials, a subfloor, drywall, and minor framing repairs on a 40sqft bathroom seemed steep. No demo needed and no finishes or appliance installation needed. My family thought I had lost it. I don’t like to give my budget before someone sees a project. Everyone does business their way. Good contractors in the area are hard to find.

We hope in the future if we find ourselves in need of this company’s business that we would be as happy as the rest of the reviewing customers here.
