I needed a very complex crystal chandelier installed. I called KB & they responded immediately. They were very professional, and patient. They knew exactly what needed to be done & carefully strung 100 crystal pendants that make up this beautiful chandelier. They arrived in clean trucks & were equipped with all the necessary tools and extra components. They were dressed in clean-cut shirts with the co. logo & their name embroidered in them. Attention to presentation & detail. Their pricing was fair & I would highly recommend them for electrical work, guaranteed to be done correctly.

Excellent work! Their guy, Dave Dawson, installed a ceiling fan for me & it works perfectly. He also relocated a dining room chandelier light fixture to ensure it was dead center over our table. He did some minor drywall repair & spackled over the old hole in the ceiling, so we will have less work to do ourselves when we paint. His measurements were precise & the new chandelier light fixture looks great! He cleaned up nicely after the job & took all the trash & debris with him. I highly recommend KB Electric. I'll use them again for sure.

Santo from KB Electric is by far the best electrical technician I have ever worked with. He determined the issue I was having quickly and came up with an immediate solution. He was honest and extremely professional. Also to mention the pricing was fair and economical. He also recommended future work to be done with no pressure and left my electrical issue fixed. I would highly recommend Santos and KB Electric for anyone who wants a professional and trust worthy company to do their electrical work.

The techs were great. Mechanical issues with man lift, they continued with job after replacing man lift from rental company till after dark. Great to have employees like that

Two days from initial contact to job finished. They did a fantastic job setting up our level 2 charger for our Rivian.

KB Electric scheduled our job quickly and the Technicians did a great job replacing our old electric panels that were a safety issue.

Darren@KB and his assistant went above and beyond while providing solid advice. They were on-time, on-budget and truly did solid electrical work. You can trust these guys and they will charge a fair rate without gouging. What else can you ask for in these times?

Just had my kitchen re-wired and the pricing was so great I managed to get a bunch of my ‘wish list’ items done as well! The guys were great, efficient and very professional. I would 100% use them for my future electrical projects.

I subbed KB in to update the main panel, feed, run some new legs for appliances on a home rehab/remodel job. Their communication and customer service was outstanding! Although I had another project out of state, I was never left unaware of progress or issues that needed to be addressed. Follow up service was requested after the main (electrical) job was completed. KB responded quickly and left with a job well done! Thanks again!

Dave Dawson was the electrician that we had. He had the outlet switch in really quick and everything looks great highly recommend.

DAVE FASTENED AND CALKED OUR METER FRAME AND ASSURED US IT WOULD NOT COME LOOSE AGAIN.
PRICE WAS THEIR MINIUM FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK.
DON'T KNOW IF THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE OR OVERPRICED BUT ARE GLAD THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY TO DO THE JOB.

KB Electric exceeded my expectations from the start. From quickly responding to my request for an estimate to project completion. We purchased a new home and the chandelier in the 2-story foyer was hung way too low. I called several electricians and no one seemed to want the business. I finally saw the KB office on Ridge Pike and wanted to try someone locally. Sean IMMEDIATELY responded to my request for an estimate. He quickly asked questions about the project and gave me an estimate. I was still a little undecided and decided to hold off. Several weeks later I texted Sean and asked if he could still do the job at the same price. I even offered to let them schedule on a moments notice if they had an unexpected opening. Sean agreed to both. I happened to mention I really wanted to be able to tell my wife for her Birthday this was getting done…not that it would be done, just that it was eventually getting done. Sean asked when her Birthday was and I said Wednesday. He said, “we’ll be out on Tuesday!”
Darren and Mason from Sean’s team texted me the morning of the appointment to confirm their arrival time. They showed up on time and ready to work. They setup drop clothes and got to work. Knowing that the height of the chandelier was most important they raised and lowered until they hit the “sweet spot”. Now you can see the chandelier from the street like you’re supposed to! They were extremely patient and a total pleasure to work with. When I told them the story I told them they had a great boss, they immediately replied in stereo, “yeah we do!”. It’s amazing to hear that from employees…you know if the employees are being taken care of the customers are being taken care of! Kudos to Sean, Darren, Mason and the full team at KB Electric for their excellent work and tremendous culture! I wholeheartedly recommend KB Electric for any of your electrical needs.

Jake and his team were great. They came out to fix several random issues (landscape lighting and exterior wall lights/sconces) as well as install puck lights in our finished basement. The work was perfect and they were professional and friendly. They’re always my go-to choice for any type of electrical work that we need done at the house.
