I had just recently moved into a new home and wanted someone to come and inspect our HVAC system since it was brand new to us. TJ from the company came out. He was very informative about our system (I didn't know much) and offered a handful of helpful tips -- how to better heat/cool certain rooms, better thermostat locations. I am planning to utilize their maintenance agreement for regular service in the future.

Wendler Heating and Cooling continues to provide first class customer service and support in maintaining our HVAC system. We are using their twice a year service program to insure a safe and efficient HVAC system. Great value. Well done!

I have used Carl Wendler for a couple of years and have high praise for the business. Recently my gas furnaced stop working during a bad snow storm. Anne in the office was very nice and scheduled a visit despite the enormous number of requests they were receiving. The technician was prompt, professional and friendly. He methodically worked the problem and was meticulous. It turned out there was a short in the system that was blowing my control board. Their rates are very reasonable.

Outstanding service and communication from start to finish. Very knowledgeable. They recognized almost immediately my HVAC was undersized for the home and made a series of recommendations on how to improve and be more efficient. TJ, Will, and Mike are the best! Highly recommend!

Very impressed! We got home from vacation to our AC not running. We reached out to Carl the next morning on the recommendation of a neighbor. TJ was at our house by 2:30, and had the unit running in 30 minutes. Would certainly recommend them!

Someone pleasant always answers the phone. I was able to schedule a routine maintenance within a few days. The technician (T.J.) was courteous, professional, and competent. Love dealing with family businesses. They were able to put my new AC unit in within two days of a heat wave. I was very appreciative. Additionally, they are always on time and always responsive. Guys just put in a new HVAC Unit and heater. Went very well.

TJ did a great job diagnosing the issue with my HVAC unit and was able to get the repair done efficiently. I was particularly impressed when he came out earlier than promised as the part arrived at their shop and he offered to come right out and fix the unit.

TJ came out and was extremely professional and friendly. He assessed our issue and despite it not being the easiest job, he made it work. He ordered the part we needed, went and got it and then came back to finish fixing our AC all in the same day! He did an awesome job and the price was very fair. Carl J.
