My name is Shea Costello and I'm a facilities engineer at Rivers Casino and I had a very great experience with TriState HVAC. Especially service technician Victor Capcino, he's extremely knowledgeable and there's almost nothing he can't fix. I've had multiple times I've had to call him on weekends or later hours and he had no problem answering me and helping me resolve many situations. I highly appreciate and recommend TrState HVAC.

I have had Vic Capcino on Site for Service Calls at our High School Tacony Academy Charter School, always Reliable when needed and Service was Complete and done as needed. There Work is always Performed Well.

Jorge provides great customer service , communicate issues, repairs and if they need to return. Excellent!

George is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our facility lacks the technical know how to maintain the equipment George looks after. His service to us is invaluable.

Mary Jo Reese and AJ Everetts with Tristate are amazing. They are so nice and very efficient. I never have to wait if there is an issue and it is always handled asap.

TriState HVAC is a great company and is always there when you need them. Jorge Teixeira is one of the best technicians I ever delt with. He solved many problems that other technician just couldn't figure out. He is very thorough and makes sure every job is complete no matter the time it takes. Jorge is very professional and shows much respect for the client.

Greg Lauer was our startup tech on numerous jobs. He is knowledgeable and very thorough. He did an amazing job on every visit. All startups ran smoothly and timely. Any issue that arose during start up were always quickly addressed and solved. He was alyays available after startup was complete if we had any concerns or questions. Anytime I have a start up scheduled and I find out Greg is my tech I know I am in good hands.

Mary Jo Reese is the scheduler I use to set up service calls at Tristate HVAC. She is always courteous, professional, and prompt in setting up service calls for us. She always gets back to us quickly with a tech set up to go to the site to make the service call. This is very important to the customer (Verizon) who always expects fast response because of their temperature sensitive equipment that keeps 911 phone service on line at all times.

Nicole Glawson is our start up scheduler at Tristate HVAC. She also does an amazing job. She is very efficient. She is always very prompt getting our startup reports to us. She is very flexible if we can't make a certain date or need to change the start up date last minute. Nicole is a pleasure to work with and a valuable asset to the Tristate HVAC team.

Billy Boyle is a great start up tech. He is super courteous and always complimentary of Truskey's piping installations. He always tells me, or our guys that he likes doing start up for us because he knows everything will be installed correctly. Startups always run smoothly when he performs them. He is amazing during chiller start ups and makes sure he explains how the new sensors and controls work. This is important because everything is always changing in the HVAC industry and seem to be getting more complicated and technical as time goes on.. .

Jorge takes care or my Dectron like it's his own Unit. I appreciate his attention to detail. When I ask him a question he will know the answer or find out. When he is on site he has never let us down.

Mary Jo Reese has been an amazing help in scheduling Service, Startup & Warranty Visits

Mary Jo is always easy to communicate with on the service side of things. She has a great sense of urgency and is always looking out for the customer.

Jorge is extremely knowledgeable about all equipment he is tasked to work on. He is also very nice and helpful so that makes him a pleasure to be around. He answers any and all questions I have with his sincerest thoughts and opinions. 10/10 | 5 Stars.
