Was told they could handle an inspection for my apartment and provide documentation. They asked for pictures and info, then completely disappeared. Didn’t answer phone calls or messages. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.

Extremely unprofessional experience. Scheduled a time, confirmed the job details, then canceled last minute due to an “emergency” — never followed up again. No response to multiple calls or texts after that. Wasted valuable time when I had a strict deadline. Avoid if you need someone reliable.
