We are so grateful for Corey Flood and Clancy Flood's help through the process of replacing our HVAC System! They were wonderful to work with! After shopping around, we received great recommendations for an updated system to purchase that met our needs. They worked over a weekend that was convenient for us, and had it installed quickly, even while having to work around some electrical issues on our end. We really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and how respectfully they treated our home. This has been a huge upgrade for us and I'm having fun updating the temperature using my smartphone! Really appreciate your work, guys!

As new homeowner, I scheduled my first winter tune-up with More & Mar after reading all good reviews on Google. Blake came to our house to check parts on our heater system and patiently explain how different parts work. Blake recommended two parts to be replaced because they apparently are out of the normal spec though haven’t caused any issues yet. Two days later, Clancy (the co-owner) came to replace parts and also did a quick check on the system to make sure things are functioning correctly as the heater is working. I have subscribed their family plan which includes two tune-ups and some discounts for parts. Look forward to working with More & Mar for the future.

I highly recommend MORE & MAR. After our home inspection we reached out to several hvac companies for quotes on a new furnace. Cory, one of the owners at MORE & MAR got back to us in less than 5 minutes, spent time on the phone talking through options and prices, and made recommendations based on our needs and budget. He sent someone right out to do a free on site assessment to confirm the exact specs and had the unit ready to go for installation the day we moved in. Clancy, the co-owner, and his team did the install and were highly skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was exactly as quoted, much more reasonable than other companies and they helped us save tons on top of that with their knowledge of the current rebates. Will continue using them for all our maintenance.

When I worked with my old HVAC company, they would tell me we have bigger jobs to get done and then we can come to yours. They would do everything for me, tune ups, install units in multiple properties of mine as well as for my friends. Once I contacted More & Mar it has been a night and day comparison. No call is unreturned from Cory and no job is too small for these guys. Everything I ask for gets treated with the utmost importance. We were glad we went with this local company instead of a big one when we needed to replace our old AC and furnace. Cory gave an honest assessment and presented 3 options at very fair prices. Clancy was courteous and worked very long hours both on a Saturday and Sunday to get everything installed quickly. They also came back to install the Bosch thermostat for free. Very good team and highly recommended.

These guys are a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and get the job done on time and within budget. I’ve worked with them multiple times and have never had an issue with performance or communication. They definitely deliver as promised on every project.

More & Mar HVAC is a fantastic company meet all your HVAC needs. Cory and Clancy are friendly yet professional men as well as their crew. When I moved into my home 2 yrs ago the house had an old system, but they were willing to service my furnace and air compressor. When my system units stopped working ( in the cold of winter) Cory made replacing both a priority and was able to install in one day.
More & Mar HVAC did a wonderful job and kept the e area and my house clean and came by later in the month to be sure all was up to par. I would and have recommend this company to folks I know and those that ask.

I can’t thank More and Mar HVAC enough for their outstanding service! Our furnace stopped working because the pipes leading from the oil tank had frozen due to the extreme cold, leaving our home at an uncomfortable temperature in the low 50s. They sent Clancy out the same day we called, which was such a relief. He meticulously diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue. He got our furnace running again, and the house warmed up in no time. We are extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend More and Mar to anyone in need of heating repairs.

I haven't written many online reviews, but I was very impressed with this company. Our heater broke in the dead of winter before Christmas and we really were in a tough spot. Seal the Deal was awesome. We had our heater installed and up & running with in a few days! Great product, skilled installation, reasonable prices, and great customer service.

Ironically our central air conditioning broke just a few weeks ago, and Seal the Deal HVAC were the first people we called. Again, we were not disappointed. They did an awesome job. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do and care about people and families, not just profits. They were very respectful of my home during installation, and had us up and running in just two days!

Clancy was amazing at replacing our entire AC system over three grueling days. His sheet metal work is top shelf, and he even fixed a bunch of flaws in the existing work like adding a tee to our furnace, wiring the condensate pump to auto shut off the indoor unit for overflow, and even adding a water sensor with cutoff switch on the floor. On time, courteous, and our system has never run better.
