Lou Curley’s came out to my house to do a chimney sweep, they were professional, thorough, and very informative. I put an appointment request in on their website over the weekend, they called me first thing Monday morning to check my availability and they were out within the hour. They’re pricing is very reasonable and they made sure any mess associated with the chimney sweep was cleaned. I highly recommend Lou Curley’s Chimney Service.

The team was very kind, quick and thorough. They were happy to answer any questions I had and explained everything that they saw and were concerned about with great patience and detail.

Lou and team did a thorough inspection of my chimney to help address a strong odor issue, along with a chimney cleaning. They arrived promptly, were very neat as they cleaned the chimney from inside my home, and clearly explained the issues at hand and next steps to remedy. Lou provided repair options and did not try to force the most costly one. He listened well and addressed all my questions. I would highly recommend Lou Curley Chimney Service.

Had an emergency situation and Lou Curley came to fix the problem in less than 24 hrs. Was thorough, explained and fixed the problem, was courteous, polite and made suggestions to make the environment even better.

Very professional company. Received several opinions on a chimney leak and Chris was the only person that looked up the model number of our insert and was able to assess our situation appropriately. Their estimate was reasonable and they were great at communicating. Chimney scientist used fear mongering to scare us into addressing this and paying their inflated pricing. I called Lou Curley to see if they service gas fireplaces, (they don't), but the lady at the office is so extremely nice! Not only she returned my call nonetheless, she proceeded to ask where I was located and promptly recommended two companies for me. If I ever need any chimney service I will absolutely call Lou Curley.

We needed to have our oil burner flue cleaned prior to an emergency oil burner furnace service. Kim determined how to fit us into the schedule and Lou got it done. They were both professional in their communication with me and Lou was devoted to managing the job effectively and transparently. It is comforting to know that I now have a reputable source for my future chimney maintenance.
