Mark and the team at Perfect Degree HVAC provide exceptional service and I highly recommend. I’ve used them multiple times since moving into our home a few years ago. Yesterday I realized the mini split in our family room addition was not holding temperature on a rather mild August day. I called around 3:00 and they came out the next day at 9:30 to diagnose the issue and resolve. Mark explained everything in detail while at my home on what he was doing and what was needed to get the system running efficiently. They also do an amazing job following up to ensure everything stays working as it should. I will be a customer for life.

Out of several HVAC installers, Norm recommended a unique approach to adding central air to an old home not designed for it. The workers were extremely professional, efficient, quiet, and left my home clean every afternoon. I feel like I got excellent work done at a fair price. I am also confident if there are any issues when hot weather arrives, the Perfect Degree team will be responsive and stand behind the work. I am amazed they finished the job in 2 and a half days!

Mark was awesome. Responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, saw the job through in a timely manner, gives an appropriate amount of detail/explains what he’s doing and why. Highly recommend, plan on using for all future issues.

We bought our house about a year ago. One zone of our two zone cooling system broke literally right when we were about to move in. Perfect Degree was quick, reasonably priced, and did a great job replacing the unit. They are very responsive, friendly, and worked with us and were patient with us as first time homeowners who need things explained a lot.

Not only that, but our water heater recently broke although we were already scheduled to replace it. It started leaking before the scheduled replacement date and Mark came out and replaced it the same day. It was a Friday before a holiday weekend when we had family in town for a wedding staying with us, so saved our guests from taking some cold showers!

I mean it when I say they are lifesavers and miracle workers, super dependable, completely professional and are great at what they do!

Seriously, you should work with them if you need anything.

If you’re looking for an honest and reliable, HVAC company, look no further. Perfect degree is phenomenal. Could not say enough good things about this company. Definitely would highly recommend them.

Update: I've continued to use Perfect Degree HVAC over the past few years and continue to appreciate their service. Quick and efficient. Unfortunately had to replace my furnace over the summer due to all the electrical outages we've had in the area, but they made it as painfree as it could be. Thanks!

Perfect Degree HVAC came out to my home today after I have been having issues with my central air unit turning off and on, resetting constantly, unable to keep the ac on in the current heatwave. I contacted one other HVAC business prior to this one. Perfect degree got back to me the next day (I had called after hours and got their wonderful answering service). The gentleman called me twice to get ahold of me, once I got him on the phone I was set for the next day (today!).

They will not try to sell you services and programs that you don't need - or even if you do, they (competitors/large businesses - I'm looking at you, Horizon.) charge you exorbitantly. I would say they are reasonably priced for being a local small business. It can be so hard to find trustworthy contractors and service people. I've been burned too many times already. I have high hopes for perfect degree! Thank you so much for helping me out and getting us back to cooler temps 😎 thanks Mike!

Very professional experience with Perfect Temp HVAC. My AC was not working and other service providers were busy and some even ghosted me.

Norm answered the phone, and within ten minutes confirmed via text that techician Mike would arrive at 3pm. Mike fixed the issue within 1.5 hours and the AC was functioning. I am most appreciative of their efforts and professionalism.

The owner Mark Rodia personally worked with me from start to finish to get the heat back on for my family. His kind, caring attitude made me feel like he truly wanted to make sure my family had a warm place to come home to. And more importantly he made that a reality.

One of the things that made the biggest impression is how communicative and prompt they are. We called on a Sunday, on one of the hottest weekends, not expecting to speak to anyone and ready to wait a week, but Mark answered and made arrangements for a water heater replacement. Two days later our technician Jerry was at our door at exactly 8 am and was done quickly! I appreciated that he placed a drop cloth on our floors, this was a nice touch that goes a long way.

I’ve been using Perfect Degree for years and they have continuously exceeded my expectations. Case in point just yesterday my AC was having issues, water leaking, and I was able to get Mark and his team in within 24 hrs on a weekend in the peak of summer. They diagnosed my issue, shared how the issue happened, and ways to identify and potentially mitigate the issue moving forward. Perfect Degree is a top notch company that will surely be my go to HVAC partner moving forward.

We had an issue last year with our HVAC, and Mark was excellent in diagnosing and explaining the issue, and there was no “high pressure” sales pitch on replacement versus repair. He laid out the facts and let us make our own decision. Late last night, we were having an issue with our humidifier and he responded promptly this morning and was out to fix it within 4 hours. Amazing response time, and we have been very happy with their service. Highly recommend!!

James was outstanding. He arrived on time. Was able to diagnose the issue with my AC. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me some tips to help the system perform better. Perfect Degree was able to come out quickly and solve my problem. Highly recommended!

My service technician, James, was very helpful, knowledgeable, communicative, and right to the point. My AC stopped working on Saturday, 7/6/24, the hottest and muggiest day of summer so far and he got my AC working. I appreciated his honesty, that this can be a temporary fix, he was willing to call my husband and relay the issues and possible solutions. This type of customer service goes a long way and is very important in his field. We needs more people like James
