Our central air quit working the evening of 7/14/23. We put out a post on Facebook looking for recommendations for a reputable HVAC Company. Aretta HVAC came highly recommended by a few of our close friends/family members. I called and left a message Friday night and they called back as soon as they opened Saturday morning (by the way, he was the only one to call back out of the 3 companies I left s message with). Jimmy came out later that morning to assess the situation and determined our unit was dead. He took all the required measurements and assured me he would have an estimate for me by Monday morning. When I asked what I owed him for the service call, he said no charge, which is unheard of these days! Sure enough, he called with a very reasonable estimate and came back the following Friday and completed the installation by 3:00 pm. The only reason we had to wait for a week was due to a part that had to be special ordered. He and his assistant did a great job on the installation and were extremely nice during the whole process! I highly recommend anyone that needs anything HVAC related to give Aretta HVAC a call!

Last night, my furnace shut off for some odd reason. They had taken care of it before I moved into the home so I called as soon as they opened at 7:30 and they answered immediately. They were available around 12-1 and said they'd call 30 minutes before arrival. My dad was able to come restart the furnace so I let them know that it was no longer urgent but that it still hadn't been serviced in over a year. They still came and a change in schedule meant that they came closer to 10. They were very kind and informative and he was tolerant of my dog following him from room to room.
The price was a lot cheaper than I expected, but I'm a first time home-owner so I just expect everything to be overpriced lol

I went to check on my 92 year old mom on the coldest day of the year. She had no heat. I called Aretta heating and they promptly showed up and fixed the furnace. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful company... Aretta Heating & Air Conditioning came to fix our furnace today. It was such a pleasant experience from the initial call to now. I was called 10 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Very friendly service. I highly recommend them.

Aretta heating is excellent! Jim who does the repairs is very nice and he is awesome! He is the best! Pin points the problems and gets the job done! The secretary in the office is very nice and efficient. Best furnance and air conditioning business in the area!
