Had water damage in my kitchen from a broken ceiling pipe. Contacted Firedex and a employee was at the house with the equipment in 45 minutes. He began cleaning up the water and setting up the fans and humidifier. Next day he taped up everything covered all the door ways and begin to remove the the damage areas with the broken pipe for the plummer and also removing all the water soaked dangerous falling down drywall. He finished and came the next day to check the dryness of the areas, which they weren't. Came the next day and the area was dry and mold free. He removed the equipment and left. The worker was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. Willing to answer all our questions. Every day he throughly cleaned up. He was always on time. Very please with Firedex.

Good follow up on an issue I called about.

Workers the did very good work esp Mike who did the floor.
BUT the 2 guys in charge an the office seems they could care less.it took them almost 5 months to start an finish i was getting excuses. then when the job was done i had checks for them i texted called the 2 guys . i was told ill drop by an get them .nope that
we are short handed .so i had the checks for few months so i sent them to the office
an put a note call me so i know you received the chacks from insurance company no one did it. then all of a sudden i get calls from one guy who oversees the work asked me do you have any checks i said i called texted no one called me so i sent them in to the office.&e kept asking an for my deductible which they really never zpot about it. i was told whatbthe insurance company is giving its all good.
Then all of a sudden that guy bugs about the deductible an i said theirs issues with the floor so he told me once the deductible is paid the issues will be fixed.. an deducable was paid. the worker came today fixed the floor.
it took time cause the guy whos in charge wouldnt let him do it when the issue first started so it took the worker longer.
So theirs no communication with office an charge person.an they dont care its all about the money. so when it was all done about 6 months .
i will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN ILL GO WITH DRS. I hope my insurance company
State Farm dont use them..

They decided to help themselves to all the drinks and food in the kitchen and also decided to help themselves to a few computer parts off of the desk would not recommend them not very professional

Very unprofessional rep who seemed intimidating and greedy for insurance money. They overcharged for minimal work. Provided poor workmanship in the beginning. Do not recommend

This company is a scam. Do not use there services or get contracted out by them. They will do anything and everything to not pay the contractors they sub out for there jobs. The owner/manager does not care about the his worker or the business. Beware.

This is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. The work was half done, left trash in my yard, they over charge and the work they did i am currently in the process of redoing myself because the work was so poor. My recommendation to anybody would be to steer clear of this business and look elsewhere.

Where do I start. Took 6 months to do a 2 month job. Damaged antiques. Stole items when no one was there to watch them. Never got approval for the stain they used on hardwood floors and had to redo them. Missed spots when painting walls. Do not trust this company they will rob you blind when no one is looking.

Horrible company! They sent one guy to replace kitchen cabinets and he botched the whole job. He didn't clean the mold either and isn't that what they do? My cabinets were placed too far over and the inside collapsed the next day. My landlord (pennrose management) hired them so I couldn't call them back to complain but the guy told me himself he was rushing because he lived an hour away and didn't want it to be a 2 day job. I don't know how this place is still in business!
