Just wanted to share this amazing guy kevin..1...comes when he say's he is going to.2..made special trip on a Sunday to fix my problem..#3..fixed problem within 5 min..gave me advice on other air
issues...recommend 💯

Kevin was very polite and thorough. He came on a Saturday, as soon as he could, because he had other jobs that he was servicing before us. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him.

Sullivan’s Heating & Cooling installed a boiler and air handler in my home the company was awesome, clean professional and great attitude got the job done before the estimated time and the best part was the price came in a lot lower the the big name company’s.

I have to say , I’ve been around and have hired , dealt with many HVAC companies , but Sullivan’s by far is the best ! They throughly walked me thru and explained what caused my heating to stop working and what preventative maintenance I can use to avoid it happening again . Sullivan's heating & cooling helped out alot. My heat went out in the middle of the night, and they came out fast to fix it. My pilot light went out and my flame sensor needed to be replaced. Sullivan walked me through everything that needed to be done. I will highly recommend him to anyone.

Greatest service I’ve ever had dealing with an HVAC. Kevin explained everything in detail what was wrong with my unit. He also took the time to explain what I can do to maintain my unit to extend its life expectancy. No other companies have ever done that before. Every other company wanted to sell me a new unit. Kevin was awesome, no air in the middle of a heat wave could make you crazy. He came by right on schedule and was able to fix the air and everything is cool again. Super nice and was able to explain what happened so even I could understand. No one is touching my heat or air conditioning other then him!

I moved into a place where I was misinformed of very important issues. Kevin was very professional and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be going into the upcoming colder months with any heat he also installed a new thermostat. He is highly experienced and I will always recommend him to any of my family or friends!!!

After coming home late Thursday evening I realized my central air was running but not blowing cold air. Early the next morning I began calling companies with little confidence I would get someone to come out before the weekend without paying emergency rates. After getting a few voicemails at other companies I called Sullivan's at 7am and was shocked when Kevin personally answered the phone. Kevin said he would swing by late afternoon which he did. My elderly father is a retired AC tech and I have pretty high expectations. While the unit is old and ultimately needs to be replaced, Kevin got it up and running at a very reasonable market price. Overall, Kevin set expectations and met them which I what I want in companies I do business with. Great experience all around and I would recommend any day!

Kevin was amazing!!! Our heater stopped working on a holiday, Kevin came out that same day and got us a quote to have it replaced (it was 25 years old so we already had been told by others and knew it needed to be replaced). Got us the quote the same day and it was installed the following day. Not to mention Kevin's quote was about half of the other quotes we have received. Will 100% be recommending and using his services again.

Totally confused. This company was supposed to come out to look at my heater this morning at 10. It is 12 thirty and no.phone
call after I left 2 messages. I am a senior citizen and my house is freezing. Yet all of his reviews are great?
