I cannot say enough good things about the service we received working with Bakers! They came right out when our warranty company requested a service. They were super knowledgeable and VERY helpful.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED with technician who came to service my A/C. Made a precall, came earlier than originally expected, very professional, efficient and knowledgeable., had the part that was bad on his truck, replaced the bad part, checked out the other components, gave me tips on how to keep it maintained and in working order. Hats off to Steven! He is a fabulously skilled worker.

I used Baker Sales and Service to repair a treadmill, and they were great! The sales associate explained everything in advance, worked with my schedule, and the technicians got our machine back up and running in no time.

I've used Bakers for servicing our boiler as well as maintaining our spa and fitness equipment. The techs are polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you want the job done right!

HVAC Technician Kevin arrived on time, following his pre-call, and proceeded to service our HVAC System in the most professional manner! We were completely satisfied with his approach and overall effort. In addition, Martha who scheduled the appointment, called 15 minutes prior to 8am opening time and was able to schedule for same day. Great job by all...recommended highly!

Baker was able to come and fix my boiler (and restore my heat) with very short notice on one of the coldest days of the year. To put it into perspective, the first place I called said they wouldn't be able to come for 5 days. Justin was friendly and professional, and fixed the problem very quickly. I would definitely recommend Baker and will call them again in the future.

Excellent and timely service. My home warranty contacted them because I was left with no heating on a day with a 8 F temperature. Once they were at the house, it took less than 30 minutes to fix. I highly recommend them!

I had Baker's come out and work on a the A/C at a relative's house. Everything went smooth as silk from talking with the office people to dealing with the knowledgeable technician they sent out. No surprises, and they actually showed up a little sooner after a courtesy call to let us know that they were on their way. The tech had me up and running in short order and my bill was more than reasonable. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. The weather was extremely hot and my family member is up there in age, and when I told the folks at the office, they bent over backwards to accommodate us. They actually had a cancellation and called us to move up our appointment like they said they would. I will use nobody but Baker's for all my A/C issues!!

I've had Baker come out to my home about 4 times now. 3 of the times was do to my own negligence of my hot tub. Every time, they have showed up when stated. They gave me an idea of how much the repair would be upfront and were never far off when the work was completed. I wasn't here three of the times, but the tech called me on his way over and when he was finished. He fully explained what the problem was, what the fix was and what the cost was. I now will also use them for any of my household needs that they cover.

I had my furnace tune-up last week and the service was wonderful. After everything was completed, the technician explained everything that he did as well as gave me a few handy tips. For example, he explained how the various vents in my house work and how to maximize heating in my house.

Very responsive, they even called to see if they could come a few days earlier than scheduled to clean my furnace and AC since they had an opening. Kevin was very friendly and helpful, walked me through things to look for to ensure proper maintenance. Have used them a few times now and will call again if the need arises.

Home Warranty sent Baker out for a routine AC tune up and check. Chuck was professional, honest and took his time to look at my unit. Upon completion he answered my questions about their fitness repair services. I appreciate his time and attention to meet my needs, answer my questions - and look forward to working with Baker in the future!

I've been using the same Hot Tub Service repair company for the last 15 years and all I can say now is why in the world did I not call Baker. Matt stopped by today to diagnose my problem and was so nice, professional and efficient. The parts will be ordered and repairs made, but I already trust these guys more than my previous hot tub repair service provider. The price seems fair and that is extremely important to me.

Was referred to this company through a home warranty for a broken central A/C. They were the third company we were referred to, and scheduled for one week out - the soonest appointment we could get. I explained to them my wife was 7 months pregnant (true story), and any sooner appointment would be appreciated. I was called 2 hours later, told they had a tech finished early, and they could fit me in today!! The tech, Kevin, was friendly and very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Both Kevin and Matt are exceptional when it comes to service and knowing what they're doing and how to get it done. Highly recommend Baker for all of your pool needs. They did work on our pool heater and knew exactly what the issue was. Baker provides great service.

I would give this company TEN stars if I could! They are skilled craftsmen. They know their business and treat customers with extreme professionalism. From our initial contact, I found the office staff to be courteous and responsive which put me at ease immediately. The technicians who came to my house were knowledgeable and polite. They genuinely care about you and the work that needs to be done. ALL of my expectations were exceeded! These are GREAT people to deal with!! I've added them in my phone contact list and will never call a different service. There's no reason to because Baker Sales and Services is the BEST!

Kevin and Mike were awesome. Quality work in a timely manner. Answered every question I had( I have alot 😂) and told me everything they were doing and why as I watched and learned. Couldn't have had better service. Even taught me to reroute my air flow. Thank you Kevin and Mike. See you in the fall for my furnace maintenance.
