I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service of W&S Chimney and Dryer Vent Cleaning. I was told by the schedulers that they cleaned dryer vents on the roof. When the technician arrived, he said they didn't access the vent on the roof, they'd do it from the attic. After checking out the attic crawl space, the technician said they needed a smaller brush and would be back in 1 1/2 hours. That was 2 days ago. They never came and never called.
I called the office 3 times to find out what was going on. The woman who answered all 3ctimes said she would contact the technician and have someone get back to me.
I do not recommend this company, purely because they obviously don't care about customers. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but surely someone could have called in two days!
I will call another company now.
