Bob completed our spring HVAC changeover and checkup. He was prompt and thorough, and kept me advised of how our system was working. He did a great job!

We have lived in our house for almost 30 years and Matthias was the first to solve the problem of unequal distribution of the air among rooms. The house is not only amazingly more comfortable but we can keep the thermostat higher during the day. Matthias addressed the air pressure which is not an aspect of the system that we had not heard about before.

Joey just saved the day for me! I'm expecting company and the ac died...it's 90 degrees! Not only was he very professional and polite, he detected the problem immediately (my fault .... negligent with maintenance) , worked diligently to fix it and saved the day. He explained to me in detail what he was doing every step of the way and suggested that, in the near future, I make arrangements for a maintenance plan........I will! I have found them to be professional in their service - handling inbound service calls, arriving on time, focused on fixing the problem-at-hand, courteous and persistent. I say 'persistent', because in the real-world, some problem are intermittent, hard to recreate and therefore, a challenge to solve. I have found Cipollone's service techs to always work through to a final solution.

John Cipollone installed a whole house humidifier for us. The project was delivered to our high expectations. Our installer, Matthias, was extremely knowledgeable about our entire heating system. He went above and beyond by directly calling the manufacturer of our our existing smart thermostat and even helped with some ideas for improving the overall efficiency of our duct system. I would use them again and quickly recommend them to others.
