John was timely, courteous and professional. He clearly laid out the problem and offered a variety of solutions. I would definitely recommend John to anyone with plumbing issues.

It all started with allowing me to send pictures of what was going on with my shower. They let me know what needed to be done and gave me options to do it. They let me know what would be needed to ensure it was up to code as well.

They gave me a quote up front and worked with my schedule to get it done.

They let me know who is was coming through an online portal and I could track where they are. Mike was on time and even made sure I was aware of the entire process from start to finish.

I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Great service as always. I had a plumbing emergency and John and his team called me right away, set time that same morning to fix a broken pipe and did a great job. This company will build a trusting relationship with you. They are awesome pros.

John came out and talked through a number of repairs and upgrades in great detail - very knowledgable and thorough. The pricing is reasonable and we were able to get onto the schedule quickly. Will definitely use again for future projects.

I had a new stove installed recently and my old gas line was too tall to accommodate it going against the wall. John Luke and his crew were so quick to service my issue despite having a large job also on board! They were professional, polite, and wonderful. Quick and clean. In addition to Michael being a very skilled plumber with a pleasing personality, he explained the job to me and answered all my questions. He is also extremely neat, an incalculable quality for me.

John Luke Plumbing and his team, DeCenzo Electric, Michael Dokmanian Construction completed the complete demo and rehab of two apartment bathrooms in my 103 year old residential building down to the studs and joists. From from out of date to new and modern in three months including permits.
They are masters and specialists with the needs to maintain an older structure in best condition.

They are masters of their trades and I highly recommend them all.

Can't say enough good things about this business. The entire team was very professional, very efficient, and knowledgeable. John workshopped different options for a pretty big job involving replacing nearly our entire main stack in our basement. He made sure everything was done right and done well while working within my budget. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some companies who could have done this job for a slightly lower price, but John Luke's expertise and professionalism made them the more compelling candidate, and I am so glad I went with them in the end.
John also was very flexible with options with over-the-top customer service beyond what he was required to extend.

Mike and another plumber came to my house today to fix a leaking shower spigot. After taking it apart He noticed that the screws holding the valve in place were lose. He tightened them up and rechecked for leaks and the problem was fixed. What was really amazing Mike didn’t charge me for the call. Very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone having a plumbing issue.

Michael and Leo were great. Honest, professional and experts at the craft! I received great advice and some planning for the near future on some heating and plumbing situations I want to address.
