I had a plumbing issue and the home warranty company sent main line plumbing out. They were phenomenal. Ran into some unanticipated problems but were still able to help me out. The plumber was named Tom. He was so polite. He came out same day. I never had such a great experience with a company before. I really felt like a priority. Will definitely use this company again if needed in the future

Craig was our technician. We had a cracked drain pipe that I discovered on around 9pm. The dispatcher contacted me quickly and had someone come out early on the next day and also gave me advice on how to deal with the issue through the night by wrapping a towel around the pipe and putting it into a bucket. The tech arrived on-time, did great work, honest. I'd definitely use them again. Top notch service.

Frank was great! A guy we immediately trusted and was even so kind as to let our dogs out when we weren't there but they needed a bathroom break (no pun intended).
In our 80 year old house, he had to gut our small bathroom to replace a leaking pipe. He explained everything during the estimate, including what his concerns were, so we were aware ahead of time. He'd give us updates and let us know any of the scenarios he felt were possible and likely. He leveled out our floor to put in the new tile and it looks amazing.
He kept everything clean, was very thoughtful, and did a great job!

Came out and scored 0 for 4 of the plumbing fixes we needed. One "fix" involved tinfoil (literally) to hold a piece in place..."that should last a year." Tinfoil solution broke down on first use and now we're back to square one, a couple hundred dollars poorer. Stay away.

Sent through AHS, my HVAC system was down they came for repairs and fixed nothing. Acted as if they were fixing when I called and reached out to the company they cursed me out. If you see this company RUN!!!!

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The service technician was very nice, but whoever answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. I wish I could 0 stars but I can’t. They were supposed to fix my mini-split but didn’t because they didn’t have the parts and when I called to schedule them to come back out I was called a liar, and berated about what the technician and I discussed. Do not go with this company!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has a very similar name to an awesome company. Do not use them. The real ones are Main Line Plumbing Service. They are the ones on Angie's List. We accidentally called this one and Frank lied to us and said he remembered doing our property last year. We didn't realize it was the wrong one until we checked our previous receipts. And we didn't even think to do that until he never showed up for the appointment that was scheduled. Please make sure you are leaving the right review on the right site. No reason the other company should get bad reviews for this one being dishonest.

I had a horrible experience with Main Line Plumbing---most recently, they were sent out to repaire my heater through AHS and the technician has been to my house before for the heater in 2019 and he was always very nice and knowledgeable, he fixed one of the items that needed it this time, but a pipe was broken on the heater and when he called AHS, they authorized the work, so he came back into the house and started working on it, but didn't have the tools to finish it, had to use my own saw (which he didn't have in his truck), so therefore he couldn't fix the pipe. Told me he would order the parts and come back to fix it. The next day, no call from the company, so I had to reach out. The owner calls me back and tells me my claim was denied by AHS, but AHS says they authorized it and I explained this to him, and also told him that his technician started to do the work and fix the pipe--which he denys he would ever do that, but he did! His own tech said the pipe was authorized! So I called AHS again, they sent an email saying it was authorized and the next day, when I spoke to the owner again, he DENIED IT! He literally said he wouldn't fix it, couldn't fix it, and during our conversations, I asked him for a quote so that I could get the pipe fixed on my own, through his company, and he declined to give me a quote and told me he wasn't going to fix it! So unprofessional, he was rude, he denied what his tech did, and he didn't want the business even though I was willing to pay for i! Do not use them...

I wish I choose 0 stars. This company is terrible. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THEM. They were contracted by AHS to repair my heating system. They sent someone to my home who could barely walk. I explained the issue and without even looking at the heating system, they determined I needed a part. Please note that at this point, a room in my home had been without heat the entire winter-through various snowstorms, etc. They never showed up to repair the system and when I called to check in, Thomas first stated that he didn’t know what we were talking about and that they never came to my home. Later on, he changed his story and said that no one answered the door so they completed the job. Note that I have security cameras surrounding my property and the only visiter to my home that day was the mailman. Throughout the call, Thomas yelled and berated me, lied, and was the rudest, most unprofessional being I have ever dealt with. As you can imagine, they will not be returning to my home and I wouldn’t wish this service on my worst enemy.

Should show -1 star. I had a plumbing issue and the home warranty company asked me to set up appointment with Mainline Plumbing. They promised to call back several times when I got someone during business hours -never did. It took repeated calls to set up appointment. When plumber arrived he spent so much time explaining what he/mainline would not do that I asked him to leave before he even looked at the problem. Officious and argumentative -- no thank you. Happily got great service from Advanced Drains & Plumbing Repairs.
