My central AC suddenly stopped working properly during a big party with a lot of people here. We noticed freezing in the unit indicating that there was a leak and the unit was malfunctioning. There was barely any air coming through the vents and the house was almost 80 degrees. I'm pregnant and so I'm already running hot, and I couldn't take it! I contacted one local company, who came out and gave an estimate with 3 options, the cheapest of which being hundreds of dollars with no guarantee, and the most expensive - replace the entire unit for $7000. I called my mom for advice and she said I should call the AAA Brothers company instead. She highly recommended them. I called and spoke to Alexander, explaining my situation. He was there within 40 minutes, on a Sunday afternoon, and resolved the entire issue within an hour. He identified and fixed the problem quickly, was was not as serious as the other company represented. My AC was immediately running perfectly, within minutes of him arriving, and he was honest about the excellent condition of my current unit, instead of trying to sell me a new one for thousands of dollars. The final price was cheaper the cheapest estimate from the other company. I highly recommended this company, and I'm so glad I called them!

Great experience and would highly recommend!! I recently used AAA Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. They came the same day I had called about my heat not working! They were fast, reliable and reasonable. I called them again to install 3 new thermostats in my home. They were really helpful in helping me choose what ones to get! I would definitely recommend using this company. Fast, reliable and reasonable and friendly! Great customer service!

This company is the third one to come out and they had the most to offer for totally reasonable charge while the other two companies literally were both trying to take advantage of the fact that I am not very technical and were offering me a lower tear equipment for a lot more money.

I am very happy to report that I have a brand new HVAC system from AAA Brothers now and our home feels great throughout like we have not felt for a few years.

I truly am humbled by the professionalism and attention to details this company provided me, from their office phone person to the installers and the manager who stopped by also.

I bought a house with a 19 year old furnace & A/C unit. When it went on the fritz, I knew I needed to replace it with a new upgraded system.
Even though we were in the middle of winter, I had 3 companies come out & quote on the equipment & install.
AAA brothers impressed me with their thoroughness, knowledge & recommendations on the right equipment. Their prices were in line with the added benefit of top quality equipment. Don't play for the advertising & overhead from the "big" companies.
Installation was quick & professional!

Our air conditioner and heater were 21 years old when the air conditioner died. It was very hot and we hurried to get estimates. A co-worker recommended AAA and i am so grateful he did. After receiving other estimates, Alex came to our house to assess our needs. He was very polite and professional and we felt confident. His installers came and did a great job! The were hard working and efficient and explained all that we needed to know to operate our new system. I highly recommend AAA and their excellent staff.

I love my new water heater. AAA Brothers replaced my old, rusty hot water heater that had started to leak -- a lot. Their office manager is great; Paula always responded quickly and answered my many questions. The men who installed the water heater were very nice and they did a great job! They showed me how to work with the new heater (turn off water inflows, adjust water temperature, maintenance). Highly recommend.

Started shopping around for a heat pump / air handler replacement seven months ago. Scheduled about a half dozen proposals with different companies quoting different systems.
Looking back, I’m happy that AAA Brothers was the last estimate as I might not have been able to recognize the expert HVAC knowledge of the estimator. He addressed all my concerns and provided solutions that were a major concern for me. What lead me to AAA Brothers was an ad in a coupon book received in the mail, they were the only company I found to quote prices of complete systems, in the ad. I received a very reasonable quote on a Lennox system. The only thing I can say about the brand, at this point, is that it’s a Premier brand.
The installers did a great job. They were very respectful and put down floor covering where needed. The lead installer was very articulate, and it shows in the work. So far, I’m very happy with the system.

The technicians were very kind, patient and communicative. The service was just completed, so we’ll see how well it holds up.

I don't have enough words to describe how good they are. Paula/Jane who helped me from start to the end of project were really good. Every time I called them with questions, they answered it with full professionalism. They also helped me to fill out rebates.Their price is reasonable not the cheapest you can find elsewhere but their service was excellent. They installed the HVAC System in the time framed they promised. When they were done, everything was clean and looked like nobody was even there. Installer also explained me how to operate the new system.Thank you AAA BROS, INC for excellent service.

AAA Brothers are experts in their field. They are very friendly, professional and trustworthy from the initial repair team, office staff and the install team. This process started with my old AC failing and after getting many more years longer than the expected life, decided it was time to replace the heating and A/C system. AAA Brothers came out for the initial repair (I've only used AAA Brothers for all previous repair and maintenance calls) and we discussed our options for the new unit. I was able to review the Lennox offerings, ask the expert for recommendations and made a decision on the unit and options to install. Working with the office team was easy with quick quote and getting the install date scheduled. The install team was prompt, neat and explained all the options, the new thermostat and the recommended maintenance schedules. I'm extremely pleased with the entire experience and the efficiency of the new unit is night and day compared to the old unit. Thank you, AAA Brothers!

I called them yesterday afternoon because we were having a problem with our baseboard heating not working adequately on the first floor. They came out the next day and bled the system. They had a supervisor come out to diagnose the problem and determined that the circulating pump was bad. They did an excellent job explaining the problem and their price was reasonable.

I contacted AAA Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning because they are an authorized Lennox dealer and service provider. I was not pleased with the service or estimate I had gotten from the original company that had installed the unit.
Despite being told by Lennox that the local warehouse didn’t have a new coil, AAA Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning found a new coil and had it shipped to them. I called them on a Friday and they came to install it the following Wednesday. They immediately responded to my phone calls and emails. The team of two workers removed and replaced the coil in the air handler and recharged the system within two hours.
I strongly recommend this company because they are reputable, responsive, and from my experience, competitively priced. I will definitely use them again.

In July 2024 we decided to replace the HVAC system in our home. We contacted several vendors before deciding to purchase it from AAA Bros. We chose AAA Bros because they were excellent in supporting us through all steps in the purchase decision. When we asked for someone to come out to give us a quote on a Lennox system, They send someone (Igor) the next day. Igor troroughly review our situation, answered all our questions and prepared a quote. The quote arrived the next day. We had follow up questions regarding the warranty, AHRI specs and references. I sent Paula, the office manager, the questions by email and had my responses the same day. After we decided to purchase a LENNOX HVAC from AAA Bros, we had the system installed by Alex and one other person within a few days. The installaton went smoothly, Alex answered all my questions and our household was back to normal by the end of the day.
We had one issue with the system, the fan noise was too loud. I sent Paula an email in the evening and she had a technician out the next morning. The technician adjusted the fan speed to reduce the noise to an acceptable level.
In summary, the skill level and response time of all the staff we interacted was excellent. Paula's response time sold us on this company. We would definitely recommend AAA Bros based on our experience.

I had a new HVAC system and hot water heater installed last month. I had researched several companies, and AAA Brothers was the first one I considered and the one I chose. I cannot say enough about the service, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of the contractors, as well as Paula in the office, who was patient with my many questions during the process. My new heater is wonderful and I will continue to use AAA Brothers for my service and maintenance. Thank you so much!

Where else can you find an HVAC service that:
1. Arrived in less THAN 30 minutes after a single call on Friday afternoon
2. Replaced an ruptured water heater in 1 hour
3. Pointed to potentially problematic spots in the system without trying to sell me additional service or parts.
4. Left a place cleaner than it was before they arrived.

This is a great company. I had a complete replacement of heater, ac, whole house humidifier and hot water heater replaced. The price was great and the service was better. The installer were here for almost 12 hours and were amazing. They laid down tarps and cleaned up everything. The most impressive thing is one of the owners Igor. After the installers left I had a problem with the new Wi-Fi thermostat. It was after 9 pm. I called the office and they have a 24 hour service. I gave him the information of 5he problem. 5 minutes later one of the owners Igor called me back and told me how to solve the problem. It worked. Better yet Igor call me the next morning to make sure all was ok. GREAT SERVICE, I highly recommend this company

Even on a col Sunday, they came out and diagnosed the issue. And informed me how to rectify the issue. Great service. I'll use them again

AAA Brothers did AAAAA+ Job!!!!. We had an entire furnace/ac system replaced by them. They showed up on time, extremely proffesional, very clean and courteous!!!. They went above and beyond on the install, explained all the features and etc!!! Very Highly Recommended!!!!

Great experience. Alex gave us an estimate on Tuesday and the new HVAC was installed Friday morning. Prices were reasonable and service was professional.

These guys are awesome! Put in a rooftop unit. Kids are now warm. The 10 year old is complaining she’s now too hot!!!
