Bartlett Tree Service is , by far, the experts in the field. I have used this company for various tree issues for the past several years. They are responsive, very efficient, clean up like it never even happened!!! When a bad wind storm blew through, Gannon himself stopped by to do an emergency limb cutting to ensure that the backyard space was safe until, his crew would be able to trim and prune that problematic tree. The also cleaned up the entire yard before they left. They did a remarkable job!! I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Service anytime!!!

Rob is easiest to deal with. I just emailed him to accept contract. They said two weeks but completed job in 4 days of contract signed. Cut tree at ground level and cleared all stuff from the property.

And don't forget they are cheaper. Requested prices from five different service provider and they beat all of them. However, I was able to negotiate other to same price as Bartlett but choose Bartlett and I am happy.

I used this service to find out what my tree was, the tree's condition, and what needed to be done. I received my answers quickly by a knowledgeable arborist. 2 of my trees are well over 10 feet. They came out, trimmed the trees and left my yard in great condition. Would definitely recommend.

Bartlett has performed a number of services for us this year - from tree and shrub removal to stump grinding to pruning - and all of them have been exceptional. Rich Vrboncic and his crew are professional, courteous, and dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our trees. Highly recommend!

Bartlett took care of 3 aspects of our bush/trees landscaping - 2 20' tall holly bushes, 3 Japanese crabapple trees and large boxwood bushes across the front of our house. In mid-December they showed up to reshape the tall holly bushes, enabling last year's freeze to recover foliage. They carefully thinned the oversized boxwoods to provide air and light to encourage inner growth, to permit overall downsizing only after it will have taken hold, perhaps 1-3 years later. The crabapple trees were selectively thinned to remove suckers and overgrowth, and regain their natural shapes.
I especially appreciated their longer view of what was needed, which will add value and not simply prune "to shape." They're interested in the trees' and bushes' health, and scheduled the visit during winter dormancy as well.
The work crew was on time, courteous and cleanup was very well done. We particularly liked the way they listened to make sure they knew what we needed, and why.

John R. was great today. He walked us through all of our concerns about our Japanese maple. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, was highly personable and well-trained, and took his time to walk is through a long term plan of care. We kind of wished there was more wrong with our tree so we could give Bartlett more business, but are happy the tree is doing fine.

We recently used Michael Degregorio and his team at Bartlett Tree Experts to do a major trimming of trees at our property, along with moving several others. The team arrived promptly, did everything and more that was discussed, and cleaned up as they went. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them for our next tree/shrub project

Our arborist John was great,he assessed our numerous trees and came up with a reasonably priced plan to keep them healthy and safe. The crew did a very professional job and a perfect clean up. They also kept my dogs entertained...through the windows.

These guys (and ladies!) do the quality of work and give the kind of customer service that you just don't see any more. Their arborist Rich Vrboncic came out to see our property, and showed up at precisely the time he said he would. We had about 40 mature trees, and have a property that is very difficult to work on. Some were dead, some were sick and some were healthy. They removed the dead trees, treated the sick ones and left the healthy ones alone. Three weeks later, we had a microburst come through and lost six healthy 150-ft trees. Unbelievably, none of them hit the house or the cars, but it was quite a mess. They came the next day and removed five of them. While doing the removal work, they noticed that the roots on another had lifted, but the crown was caught in the fork of a neighboring tree in a way that made it likely that both were in danger of falling on the house. It was not possible for them to remove that tree without endangering their crew, and the equipment needed to remove it is quite specialized. But Rich actually called another company that had the specialized equipment - saving me a ton of phone calls - and arranged for him to remove it the following day. They were meticulous in their work, and the lawn actually looked better after they left than it did before they came. I don't know that I would believe anyone who tried to convince me that there is a better tree service than this one.

My Bartlett crew recently completed the annual trimming of my trees and shrubs. As always, they are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very meticulous. They treat my property as if it were their own. Have been using the services of Bartlett for more than 20 Years and continue to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Needed one azalea bush trimmed....they wanted $350 ! OUTRAGEOUS. For maybe One hours work?

Signed the contract but they never did the work and they did not return my phone calls!

I needed some trees cut down behind my 90-year-old grandmother’s house. We waited a month just for Bartlett Tree Experts to come out and give her a quote. They were there for all of 3 seconds just for them to come out and say they were not interested in the project. Do not waste your time, go with another company.

April 8, 2021 I contacted Bartlett Services to treat a tree in my yard that I wanted to save. May 18th I recieved and signed off on the proposal. June 17th I contacted to find out what was going on. They apparantly lost my signed document. Finally found it. I was contacted on June 17th that they will be out either that day or the next to treat my tree. They never came. They never called. Now my tree has gotten past the treatment stage and I have to have it removed. I wanted to save this tree, but now instead because of their unorganized, incompetant office ways I have to spend hundreds of dollars to have my tree removed. Huge dissapointment. It honestly feels like they had no intentions to save the tree so they could instead get the hundreds of dollars to remove it. I will not be using them. I will pay someone else than deal with them ever again.
