As a contractor I know the pains of finding good HVAC help from time to time. Raj D. at Pure Air is a polite and friendly sub contractor to deal with. I work with this contractor on weekly if not monthly basis for over a year. 👍🏼

Our AC died on one of the hottest days of the year and the day before vacation. We talked to RAJ at 11 pm, he walked me through some troubleshooting and then was over first thing the next day. He had the AC up and running in under an hour. We would highly recommend!

Woke up one morning with absolutely no heat in the house. It was 58 degrees when I woke up around 6 AM. I could hear that the furnace wasn’t working correctly so I called PureAir and Raj was there to repair the furnace within the next couple hours. Great work and he even left some business cards to pass out.

The air was off, and the house was HOT. Raj was available, prompt, and handled our problem quickly.

The owner of PureAir HVAC, Raj Dayalan, was very resposive. He called me back immediately when i left a message. Raj stopped by my house to assess the job and stayed in touch while i got my boiler flue cleaned prior to his work. Raj gave me a fair price and he and Aaron provided boiler maintenance, installed new piping, and routed piping back into the original flue and properly sealed the opening. I now have boiler heat properly operating in my house! I highly recommend this business!

Our AC went out during the evening and I called Raj at night and was able to get ahold of him right away and he came out the next day and was able to replace and fix the broken part and had us up and running writhing a few hours! Very kind and knowledgeable and will be using his services again too clean and maintain my A/C and HVAC system!

Well it’s official! We need a new furnace. Urgh.
Raj Dayalan to the rescue ... Our furnace went out during the last long cold spell. My husband has health issues and it was extremely important that we get the issue fixed and fixed promptly. We were so very blessed that Raj crossed our path at this particular time.

This young man will be in my address book! He is professional, knowledgeable , prompt and most importantly KIND. He understands the situation and actually told us to call him personally if we need any more space heaters. He stopped and spoke to us showing us what he did and gave a complete explanation. I joked and said if he is “ the chosen one” to do the replacement / ductwork I will treat him to a dinner!!! His parents raised this young man up properly and they should be extremely proud of him and themselves.

Installed New Thermostat in July Came back in December to reprogram thermostat for winter!

Raj was fabulous! Our air broke late Saturday night and it was fixed by Monday afternoon! Raj was kind, polite, and professional; which is hard to come by these days. He went above and beyond to find the part that I needed for my older unit; knowing that I was gonna sweat to death in the heat this week! 🥵 He’s even coming back to recharge my unit next week!

Air conditioner broke at A&G realty housing a doctors office , repairs were crucial to keep the business running especially during the Covid climate. Raj from PureAir HVAC was responsive and came out the very same day, determined that the AC unit had done it’s time and need replacement along with the heat exchanger . He worked through the evening and on the weekend and got the job done , brand new A/C and a heat exchanger. Cleaned up spotless , medical practice opened without a hitch Monday.
Replaced old thermostats with Honeywell electronic thermostats which saves us money on the heating costs . Great work. Will be sure to use PureAir for our heating and A/C needs and service .

I saw PureAir on FaceBook as a recommendation when our AC went out. They are incredibly responsive and came out ASAP! Raj quickly fixed our problem and was in and out in no time. We will be calling him to replace our whole system soon. I highly recommend PureAir for all your HVAC needs!

Had PureAir do the spring check-up on my AC again and as expected Raj was on time, early actually, and did the job at a very reasonable price. Looks like I'll be due soon for a new AC and furnace and will definitely trust PureAir to do the job right!

My central air was barely blowing and was experiencing moisture from furnace, called Raj and scheduled a visit. They were amazing, showed up, went over every detail of what they were going to do, updated me step by step as to what was going on and set the realistic expectations for the visit as to what could be best case and worst case and ended up being best case! Topped it off with routine maintenance to make sure it all checked out for the rest of the summer! 10/10 can’t recommend enough and they were pet friendly👌🏻
