Our A/C unit stopped working, and Dale came out the same day to assess the issue and provide a replacement quote. He walked us through all our options and answered every question (even those in a follow up phone call).

We’re so glad we went with his company! Thanks to a cancellation, our install was moved up four days earlier than expected.

My furnace quit, of all days, Christmas. I called Csonka Heating & A/C and their tech came out. Got it running for the short term. He had said that the circuit board was bad and since I had $1200 put into it last year and the furnace was about 17 years old it would probably be better to put in a new furnace. Certainly not what I needed but it is what it is. Today (day after Christmas) they came out and installed my new furnace. The tech yesterday was very nice as were the installers today.

My first experience with Csonka was a good one. They answered the phone, Brian showed up a few hours later, had the needed parts on the truck and had the cool air blowing soon after. To say i am impressed is an understatement!

Recently I bought my mom's house when she moved with her boyfriend to Sewickley, and for as long as they lived there the A/C never worked. 2 years ago (under a contract with her home warranty) a different company had come out and sold her the outside compressor (which worked for under a month before it quit). Multiple visits and trips later and they told her that she needed a new air handler, which the old one was installed wrong, and she would have to get it installed through her roof as the access wasn't large enough. When I moved in, everyone at Csonka was shocked at how bad of a job the previous guys did.. in the end it needed major repairs (the air handler was needed, as well as a "proper" compressor rated for our house), but they did not cut any access, nor did they tear open my roof. While I paid a lot (understandably) they did it right, and I have no complaints at all. The only complaint I probably would have is that no one went to them sooner! I'm grateful for all of you coming out during a hot week to fix everything! Thanks again!!

My MIL’s furnace broke a couple of months after being installed. She called Csonka at 4:30 on the Wednesday after Christmas. They came 45 minutes later and fixed it at no charge. I can’t give a better recommendation than that!

Called for a service call on our oil furnace. The woman who answered the phone answered my questions, and was able to dispatch a technician to our home within the hour. Technician was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was explained and how the problem can be prevented in the future. You will not find a better service value for your heating and air conditioning needs locally than Csonka!

I found this business on Google after trying several other businesses in hopes of getting my furnace tuned up. They answered the phone and was able to make an appointment for the next day! The service man called before arriving and was prompt. He was nice and courteous. The work was done quickly and no issues happened. Very pleased with this company and will keep in mind if any further issues happen.
