I’ve been using JRB Heating & Cooling for awhile now.. Very thorough and do a good job for furnace tune up. The price is great and reasonable. Wouldn’t choice anyone else.

Steve does an outstanding job. Great work. Great attitude. And JRB keeps our HVAC system running great.

Timely arrival and HVAC seasonal check w recommended steps to improve unit efficiency. Jake did a nice job of servicing and communicating next steps to improve unit.

Technician, Don, showed up on time, and did a very thorough check up on all six furnaces in my building. He found a couple of issues which we were able to address immediately. I found the service to be very good, and the price for the check up to be fair.

My furnace stopped working, and I called these guys. The man on the phone was super nice, and the guys that showed up, fairly quickly, were very respectful and nice. If I need them in the future, I'll probably call them first. Thank you

JRB does an excellent job for my HVAC needs. I had my A/C serviced and will have my Furnace serviced in the fall. They are professional, friendly and affordable. I appreciate that come when they say they are as well. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

JRB recently installed mini splits in my home and I could not have been more pleased with the team. Everyone was very professional and clearly took pride in their work. They finished the whole install in a day, even after delays at the supplier. Jeff came out to assist his team in finishing up the job and took the time to walk us through instructions after install was complete. I am very happy with the job that they did and will definitely be using JRB in the future!

JRB replaced my furnace and AC 10 years ago. They have always been promopt and easy to work with. We have been very happy with their service.

Jeff, the owner of J.R.B. Heating And Cooling LLC, came out on the same day that I called to repair a pump that died on my AC unit. It caused significant amount of condensate water to collect on my basement floor. Jeff made the repair within an hour and pointed out some additional problems with my unit that were not up to code. Overall, they did a fantastic job in responding to my call and taking care of the work quickly and efficiently. I’ve used them in the past with similar results and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Can't say enough great things about these guys! Furnace went out 2 days before Christmas and they were out with a crew within a few hours. Very grateful to have their professional, knowledgeable assistance in our time of need!

On Tuesday, June 24th, a technician from JRB Heating & Cooling arrived to install a new part that was ordered for my air conditioner. Donald was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the purpose of the part and how it would make my air conditioner run more efficiently. This is really helpful with all the 90° weather we are having lately. I can't compliment this company enough! Great Job--- Great Company--- Great Employees!!!

JRB was quick and efficient in responding to my request for service. The techs who came out were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose our issue. Very satisfied with the fast response time.

And another perfect example of why this business is stellar! Their service manager reviewed the techs work from previous and although everything was working great he noted that one of the control valves for gas flow was showing an intermittent problem. So four days later they were back out first thing on a holiday day to replace it!!
I cannot praise this group enough. Their service is excellent and their expertise is beyond question. They are easily one of if not the best group in Pittsburgh! Thanks guys!!

Had an emergency. Furnace will work for a minute and will shutdown . They came and figured out the issue plus another clog on the duct close to it. Punctual and professional

JRB employees were both competent, professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem with my AC unit and had the repairs done quickly. I would recommend JRB Heating & Cooling, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again when and if needed.

Their prices are often better without the extra fuss other companies presented. They are laid back back, respectful, easy going, and really went above my expectations for the replacing an old vent and adding a new vent for my price range.

I highly recommend JRB Heating & Cooling. They are professional, friendly and fair. They came to service our A/C that wasn’t working. They gave us pricing for repairs and we asked for the cost to replace it. They provided detailed information and pricing for all options and were not pushy trying to sell us a new one . We did choose to replace it based on age, and they were out the next morning installing it. The employees were very kind and I felt safe with them in my home.

Total professionalism from start to finish, I called JRB at 9am with a problem with my A/C unit and by 12pm these guys were here,And by 1pm I had cold air again!!, response and the troubleshooting was top notch! Very honest and open about what I needed and what it was going to cost,BTW I was pleased by the price as well!! Very nice people to deal with. I definitely recommend JRB heating and cooling!
