The technician was on time, polite and professional. He was extremely detailed in his examination and sweep. He provided options for the beneficial use of my fireplace and heater.

Chimney Cricket fellows arrived promptly, were super friendly and respectful of the property, shared information about how our fireplace was set up and what different things meant / what to watch for with it. Really great experience! Will definitely get them back whenever we need maintenance in the future.

Good experience with Chimney Cricket in Sep-25. Aaron was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job identifying my properties needs and offering a solution. They were able to schedule the work to be performed shortly after the estimate was provided. Michael and Skylar were easy to work with and did a good job installing a new stainless steel liner. Overall Chimney Cricket was easy to work with.

Aaron, the service technician who was dispatched to our home was fantastic; he provided personal, friendly and informative service. He had lots of additional materials on hand to explain chimney ins-and-outs and safety code. He did a thorough inspection of both of the chimneys on our historical home from inside and outside; took many pictures and sent them to us in a report. Our inspection turned up a number of safety concerns, and we were advised several methods of remediation.

Pete was very professional answering all my questions related to our propane fireplace and servicing it. He also took time to walk me through other heating project. Would recommend.

Problem with pilot light that wouldn’t ignite on a 6-yr old Superior fireplace insert installed by the builder. Cory Lotspeich was the service technician. He was very professional, communicative and thorough in cleaning, inspecting, and diagnosing the possible sources of the problem.
He also noticed that the interior log set was a mismatch of concrete and fiberglass logs, and that this would adversely affect the gas combustion efficiency and possible CO volume. (We suspect it’s likely a builder shortcut to use logs left over from other projects. ). He’s contacting Superior to get the correct log set for this unit.

Our inspector was professional and thorough. He explained the process and walked me through the issues with images and explained our options. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after the inspection.

Cory and Marshall were excellent as they not only fixed the issues but cleaned up the wiring, screen and logs. I would recommend these 2 for any fireplace repairs and hope they will be available next time I need a repair. Cory was the lead and training Marshall with a calm and experienced manner. A true professional

Pete from Chimney Cricket came out today to service the gas fireplace. He did an excellent job. The fireplace looks new. He was very professional and I would definitely use him and them again.

He alerted us all the issues we had and made recommendations to correct them. He did not dance around the problem nor did her attempt to push things we did not need. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us moving forward.

So far so good! We are having them get us new logs and interior set up but the inspection went well- very easy to schedule and the technician was very good.
