Bryan and Heather were awesome to work with! Bryan knew what was wrong with our old boiler system just from the description over the phone. He came right out and confirmed the issue and then offered options and quotes. He ended up replacing our gas valve for a very reasonable price and it fixed it right up! They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend them to friends and will call them with all of our HVAC needs!

I’m not one to leave reviews but after my experience with Middletown HVAC it’s the least I could do. I’ve owned my home since 2018 and decided to get my HVAC system checked out before the summer months roll in for the first time since purchasing my home. After some research I decided to give this company a shot, and I’m glad I did. I scheduled my appointment online and it was such a smooth simple process. I received a text immediately after scheduling with confirmation for my appointment. The day of my appointment I was updated on when they were en route through text and when to expect them. Bryan came out, who also is the owner of the company and not just one of many technicians unlike many of these other companies. He showed up on time and ready to work. He walked me through the whole process and explained everything in detail. He didn’t try to sell me anything and gave me honest opinions on what he would do as if it were his home and hvac system. He completed his work and gave me some recommendations to keep my family nice and cool throughout the summer. If you are deciding on getting any work done I would highly recommend Middletown HVAC. Also my dog really liked him.

Was very happy I found Middletown HVAC. Bryan and Heather were great. I called on Thursday and they were here on Friday. Bryan had just knelt down and within seconds he saw what the problem was and was able to replace the defective part. He then checked out everything, thankfully all good.
I felt I got honest, knowledgeable, quick, professional, excellent help from very nice people.
They will definitely be the ones I call when more help is needed, and will without qualms recommend them to others.

Bryan and Heather dropped everything on a Saturday afternoon to come give us an estimate on a new AC and Furnace. I called them around 5pm and by 7pm they were at our door. I was extremely surprised they made it happen just for an estimate. Very friendly and interacted with our two year old which added something to my opinion of their character. They were able to get me an estimate by Sunday afternoon. Customer service was phenomenal even though I was asking for a lot in a short amount of time. I really appreciate how they made it happen for us when they didn’t need to. Great people.

I went with Middletown for my AC tune-up because they have fair and transparent pricing and they felt less ‘corporate’ than other hvac companies. Couldn’t be happier with my decision. Bryan was friendly, knowledgeable, great with our dog, and an overall joy to have in our home. He was generous with his time and answered questions I had with separate cooling issues in my home and a mini-split system. Middletown is now the only company I will have come out for any HVAC issue or annual system maintenance. If you’re looking for a new (or first) HVAC company, you will not be disappointed with Middletown.

Had another great experience with Middletown HVAC. Brian and Cody came out on short notice when my steam boiler went down and had everything up and running quickly. They are Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

We had a fantastic experience with routine maintenance. We switched to Middletown HVAC after being less than thrilled with a larger company’s service. Middletown was very responsive in scheduling. Cody, our tech, came on time, was courteous and neat, didn’t try to upsell, and in general made the whole process smooth and easy. Excited to have found a company we are so happy with!

Bryan & Heather performed split-HVAC heat pump cleaning services at our home today. Upon inspection, they made us aware of internal issues that went unnoticed before. They were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and priced very reasonably!

Bryan was excellent start to finish. He worked me into his Schedule on a hot Sunday, was upfront about all costs and procedures, showed up on time and quickly assessed and fixed the AC condenser parts that needed to be replaced after diagnostics. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to discuss the future of my home’s cooling with me. Did I mention his prices were very affordable, even for emergency service? Couldn’t be happier with Middletown HVAC, would recommend to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I found Middletown HVAC/Bryan, on Next Door after searching for a reliable, reasonably priced, private HVAC plumbing businesses. I wanted a small straight-forward business owner that took pride in his or her craft and that I could build a relationship with for plumbing needs now and on going. After looking over Bryan's website i was hopeful so set an appointment (via online booking which was very convenient, smooth and efficient!) to have my older AC tuned up and to get an estimated to convert from oil to gas and replace a 15 yr old water heater to an on-demand system. I couldn’t have been more impressed!

Bryan and his wife own their small business and work it together. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of each of the several things I am looking to do, AND, as a female, I appreciated that he didn’t gloss over the technical details or talk down to me or assume I knew nothing about these systems. Rather, he explained the details succinctly and clearly and gave honest assessments. Pricing is very fair, they have high standards and stand by their work.

Bryan isn’t your stereotypical contractor. He’s high energy, works fast and is motivated to know exactly what you want and where you have concerns. He’s a look you in the eye, honest professional and I’m glad I found a reliable company for plumbing!!

Called Middletown with help on a delicate situation on locating the business owner of American Home Bar. Both Middletown and American Home Bar share the same building. The business owner of American Home Bar has not returned a large amount of calls and many of us are wondering if the business location was correct. Not only did Middletown answer a few questions, the business owner of American Home Bar was sitting next to them and Middletown was happy to hand the phone over. An absolute surprise! Unfortunately the business owner refused to talk, Middletown went above and beyond to assist me with no intended gain. Thanks again!

My heater has been on the fritz for months. I easily made an appointment online and Cody came out, diagnosed my issue and replaced my broken part in a day. My heater is now working g like new.

Middletown HVAC is wonderful! Family-owned business and both Heather and Bryan go over and be on for their customers. I highly recommend them.

Bryan came out in a pinch on Super Bowl Sunday when our heat stopped working and got us a part to hold us over until we could replaced the entire HVAC system in the spring. When installing the system he wasn’t satisfied with the way one of the components looked and had a new one made. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Bryan was professional and prompt and informative. He explained the CO2 levels and a brief overview of the working of my furnace’s system. Installed the new motor in less than a half hour. My only concern is that the new motor is not blowing as hot a temperature as the old motor was. I will reconnect with him and the company.

I just had Bryan and Heather from Middletown HVAC install an new 50 gallon Bradford White electric water heater. I reached out to them at 5am and they were at my house at 1pm to replace my defective one. Great price. Great customer service. Give them a call for any HVAC needs.

Bryan came out to give me a quote for mini-split installations and recommended me get the furnace serviced since who knows the last time the previous owner got it serviced. They came out again and serviced my furnace and man did it need a good cleaning! Thank you!
