Jordan did an excellent job installing a new outlet in our garage, and a range hood over our basement oven. I'm highly satisfied!

I called GEN3 Electric for an estimate on an electrical project. The service person they sent out is named Joshua. Joshua arrived on time. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Joshua expertly analyzed the situation, and explained in layman terms what the job would entail: labor, materials and costs.
This young man was very professional and did NOT try and use pressure tactics.
It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience interacting with Joshua from GEN3 Electric.

My technician was Jonathon R. I had scheduled an appointment with Gen3 to take a look at my house's heater and Jon arrived on time and was able to confirm that the issue was the heater's control board. Within the same day, he was able to get a replacement board and install it successfully. Jon was very friendly and explained clearly to me how he was diagnosing the issue. I'll definitely call on Gen3 again for any more HVAC issues.

My experience with GEN3 was absolutely amazing. My furnace inducer motor went bad. I looked into to a few repair shops, and I decided to go with Gen3 do to the fact that they gave me the best quote. The repairman came to my home. Cris" Who was very informitive. Cris Inspected my furnace, gave me a few tips on what to look out for if I ever have issues with the furnace in the future. In less then 2hrs my furnace was up, and running. Great Job Cris, and Thank you again GEN3.

I scheduled two inspections/walkthroughs, one for HVAC and the other, Electrical. Both Jonathan Rosario (HVAC) and Jordan Kuzowsky (Electrical) were very professional and knowledgeable when conducting their individual walkthroughs. They explained what items around the house to keep an eye on, others they recommended have fixed, and even suggestions on small upgrades that would help with efficiency and add value to the house. After the appointments, I received emailed reports of what they found and what was discussed. Accompanying the reports were estimates on those bullet points. My overall experience was fantastic and would highly recommend calling them for your next repair or upgrade.

Joe did a wonderful job fixing our under cabinet lighting. Super quick with great communication.

Nell Cherry our technician was EXCELLENT ! He provided outstanding work restoring our electricity. He was conscientious in seeing the big picture, reviewing panel, boxes, wires and tightened our outdoor electric lugs. Nell explained the problem well, recognizing any future issues. He was prompt with efficient diagnostics. His pleasant caring personality added to the great customer service of Gen3! Bell is an asset to Gen3

I recently upgraded my electric line from 100amp to 200amp Joe from Gen3 came out he was very professional and polite and Explained everything to me. The overall experience was great. Im so glad I went with GEN3. Very happy with the service and Joe thank you for doing a great job man!

Just had a great experience with Gen3. Ed was exceptional, worked with me to determine exactly what I needed, provided expertise to get everything done exactly how it needed doing, and was extremely friendly. He installed wiring and an outlet for a new oven and moved a gang box to make room for our kitchen backsplash. He even sat at the table at the request of my 2 year old to generate the quotes. Definitely recommend Gen3, have worked with them for years, and if you can work with Ed it is a bonus.

I had a seasonal HVAC tune-up with Gen3 and was really impressed. The technician, Matt, was thorough, explained the whole process clearly, and walked me through all the results with photos. He made sure I understood the condition of our system and confirmed everything was performing well. Professional, transparent, and easy to work with.

We called to find an electrician for fixing some outlets and installing ceiling fans. We were surprised we were able to get an appointment so quickly. Drew called and let us know he was on his way. He walked us through each step and kept us informed along the way. He was friendly, professional and possessed that “southern charm!”. He was very thorough and cleaned up along the way. Drew is a real asset to your company— give that man a raise !!

I was very fortunate to have Joe Bell from GEN3 as my tech today. Joe gave me ample notice prior to his arrival. Then, he arrived on time! He was friendly, professional and courteous. He wore booties indoors to protect my floors. Upon completion of the job, Joe gave me a thorough analysis which I could understand and trusted. GEN3 had done previous work for my Dad with great results. They are a "First Class Act".

GEN3 has provided us with quality professional services on multiple projects. Their employees arrive on time, work hard, and keep us informed as they work. We were particularly impressed with how well Terrell dealt with unexpected challenges from our old house—great troubleshooting and great attitude!
We had additional work done: completely rewiring our kitchen, installing new lighting and removing or capping off old dangerous wiring and installing a new panel to prepare for upgrading our built in appliances. Shout out to Evan P for his thorough assessment and planning of our project, to Branden H for coordinating the scheduling and working with us to make sure everything was done as we wanted, and to Asmara H and Brandon L for their patience and skill in completing the work so well despite the challenges our crazy old house created. They are all a pleasure to work with!

In a crisis you need immediate attention, flexibility and expert professionalism. Thats’s exactly what you can expect from G-3. A city pipe reputed leaking water waist high into my home. G-3 to the rescue, replacing water tanks and heating systems. I certainly appreciate their excellent and courteous response. Thank you.

Gen3 was able to get someone out sooner than originally anticipated. Drew was our tech and was incredibly nice, thorough, transparent, and efficient. He quickly fixed our issue and also wrote up options for some other items we need to get fixed. I would highly recommend the company and Drew specifically.

Nell was very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was checking a light fixture that water had leaked through. It turns out I really need rewiring, though, so he did not do a repair. (I was already considering rewiring, as much of it was original to the house.)
