Steve is very efficient and fast

Great experience! Company called me back promptly to schedule an appt for the next morning. Also, called at the time of the scheduled appt to inform me they would be running a half hour behind. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Rates were great too! Will certainly use them again if the need arises.

I have used Steve for service calls for years this time he installed a new Rheem furnace and ac unit He is a true craftsman and knows every aspect of his craft also very neat and pays a lot of attention to little details I would recommend him to anyone and his price is very fair

1 - Was parked in the driveway exactly when he said he'd be there.
2 - Cleaned what needed cleaned, tested the furnace to make sure it worked.....problem solved!
3 - Absolutely cost effective!
Will I call him again, heck I'm going to call him for the AC too...ABSOLUTELY!!

30 degrees outside, after 6pm, and the furnace quits.. A friend recommended calling Quality Heating and A/C in Ohioville, PA. He spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting. (I'm fairly handy, but no HVAC guy) Got the furnace going for the night! Would give him ten stars if I could. Customer for life.

This is in response to the review by Caine Wallace. Had he known anything about what work was done, he would know it was appropriately handled at that time. This business goes above and beyond to help customers - at a cost way below what any other competitor charges. Call Homer Nine next time Caine- see what you are charged just for them to show up. Also- ask the home owner how much free work has been done for her, including free installation of furnace and air- over the years. This also includes multiple service checks and parts out of pocket as a gesture of good will. Don't call back Caine. Your business is not needed, nor wanted. Find another HVAC service from now on.

Look at the picture... you dont tape these together on a oil furnace!!!

I have been in construction my whole life 3rd generation.

...NO YOU DO NOT USE FOIL TAPE ON THE EXIT PIPE OUT OF A FURNACE. IT IS NOT RATED FOR THAT KIND OF TEMPERATURE AND WAS MELTING CREATING SMELLS AND COULD HAVE CAUGHT FIRE...

Went to Homer 9 as recommended and were much more professional!!!! Thanks for the suggestion!
