Called him to fix my mom's toilet that wouldn't flush properly for 2 days. He fixed it quickly and without any issues the same day I called him. Highly recommend.

I called on a Saturday worrying about the pressure building up in my water lines. I didn’t realize it at the time but he answered, while on vacation, and set up an immediate appt for that Monday and showed up on time. Fixed the issue on the spot! Thank you thank you!

Was in panic mode when I seen a leak coming into my living room. Had another service (Roto-Rooter) come out and basically tell me there was nothing they could do unless they ripped apart my whole house. They gave me a quote of $9000. NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I then turned to Bill Brown for a second opinion. He came to my house and was very professional. Told me the day he would be here and he was here. Took care of business and has everything working again. I will always call Bill with any plumbing issues.

He was awesome. He showed up very fast withing half our of reaching out to him. He is very fairly priced and he is very quick and efficient. He is very good at what he does and knows what he's talking about. Id definitely recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. Was a great and quick experience. 100/10!

This place has wonderful conversation practice and excellent food but go delivery is like 2 hours

Bill's plumbing. Called our house warranty last week and finally they had Bills plumbing to come. In advance I called him personally and said to bring the biggest snake to unclog our pipes. He didn't instead talked to my husband for about a hour and a half over issues with us getting a new shower put in and etc.in the meantime he didn't bring the big snake. He said he will be back tomorrow. Tomorrow afternoon we were waiting again until I called him and once my husband called! We got frustrated waiting for two days plus some for his help. He never showed up so I called my warranty and now we are starting over! Maybe with rotor rooter while I hope so! As long as my warranty covers it which it should.

If you are scheduling plumbing service as part of a home warranty program, do not use this service provider.

Scheduled me twice, never showed up. Never got a call from them saying they wouldn't be showing up. Tried calling and would be sent to voicemail. Completely unreliable.

Awful service. He missed 2 appointments and never even called to explain or reschedule.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BUM!
He is more of a bummer than a plumber.

Bill Brown was assigned to complete a job at my residence... over the course of weeks Mr Brown had made multiple promises to come to my residence to address an issue with my hot water tank (which ended up needing replaced) Mr Brown made several promises to come and never came or called...

I deleted my previous review because you publicly posted my name address and phone number which violates google review policies... and yes, the service was for Kyle.

Honestly after reading these reviews I found he just doesn't like warranty services this is unprofessional I'm my opinion to lie and tell people that your coming and taking jobs you don't want and give people the run around and then submit a totally to high estimate simply because you don't want the job thanks for wasting mine and my wife's time
