He answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to optimize the use of our furnace. Excellent service, responsive and great value! Beam, you are lucky to have such a trustworthy employee. We have been customers of Beam’s for years. They never fail to give superb service. Their employees are always competent and efficient. Today Ulysses came out to fix our whole house air conditioning system and did a super job. Beam gets and deserves my highest rating.

I called Beam Heating and A/C on a cold day when my furnace wouldn’t start and they promptly sent out a technician to fix the issue. Dustin did an incredible job replacing the igniter and explaining what went wrong. Overall I’m super happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I could not be happier to give the BEAM technician, Michael, as many stars ✨ as possible for the wonderful job he did on my aging central AC today. I called at 10:30 and BEAM had a technician at my door two hours later- at the height of a five day heat wave! It turned out working in 90° heat wasn’t the worst of the challenges: someone had Gerry rigged electrical wires inside the unit so that, even with everything turned off, Michael kept getting electrical shocks from any contact with the unit. He was finally able to isolate the problem and (after cutting power to the AC) fix it. I had thought I’d be sweating it out for the rest of the week, yet here I am, 2:30 and already comfortable- and at a very reasonable cost! BEAM was recommended to me by my son, who also had a very positive experience with them when they replaced his AC unit. Good people, knowledgeable people, hard-working people. I’m a big fan! Thank you!

I got multiple estimates for a "central ac" system (full home) install onto an existing furnace, etc. Its basically the size of a trailer but has some very old building mechanics that make it a very quirky job to run lines, etc.

Brian gave me an estimate much lower than the competition, with much better care, concern, empathy, and professionalism I didnt receive from TOPLine AC. And others I wont name, but TOPLine was so bad, go see my review on them.

Best quote for difficult but small job. Scheduled 6 days later. Justin and Josh were my installers. Justin and Josh (Justin appears to be lead, especially on the inside and customer interaction). They accommodated all of my little customer nagging nonsense and requests. Did them for me without complaint. Did them even after it seemed it wasnt an easy adjustment. Then overcame all my geographical design issues.

Gave me no attitude over my porch/deck not getting cleaned up yet and it being a little in their way, even though Brian said not to clean it, it wouldnt be in the way. I still felt bad.

I wont know until it gets hot how well it all works or if there are any issues. Which I will update this review when summer ends.

I got the best quote, the best service, best installers for my particular situaton. And for a very hefty price over what this cost 10-15 years ago (not Beams fault), and just being a big purchase for any working class person.

I leave no doubt....BEAM WAS THE BEST. I was so worried about spending thousands of dollars on this and getting jerks who dont care and just go through the motions. They cared about their install. The quality of their work mattered to them. Or if it didnt, they did a great job tricking me into thinking it did, and I'good with that. Do your job.

Brian was great, even stopped by during install to check on them and be sure I was satisfied- which I did not expect. And suffice to say, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS WORK. (barring defects, future issues)

If you live in the NB Heights, hire no one else but Beam.

Recommend requesting Justin and Josh to do your installs if possible, you will not be sorry. As of this date. 5/2024

Our hot water tank broke down and we called Beam on Tuesday and they came out on Tuesday and replaced the old tank on Tuesday as soon as they ascertained our old one was not fixable. They were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after installing the new hot water tank. We highly recommend Beam Heating and Air Conditioning! They’re the best!

Ecobee thermostat installed by Dustin. Polite, professional, efficient, thorough explaination on how to operate the thermostat.

My Mom's house was down to 61 degrees. Called and got in touch with Dustin. Dustin called on his way and arrived on time. He immediately diagnosed and fixed issue. Dustin explained everything. Very polite, courteous and professional.

Great service. Came out on the day I called, stayed long enough to make sure job was done and explained to me what I needed to know.

I have been using beam heating since 2007 and have never had any issues. Woke up Monday morning and it was 75 in the house but ac was set to 70. Called Beam and Ulysses was here in a little over half an hour. Ended up being a bad capacitor and Ulysses had us back up and running quick. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Called for the winter maintenance on my furnace, Ulysses the technician called to see if he could come ahead of the scheduled time which worked out perfect for me. I was extremely please with the service. Uslysses was very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend Beam.

Absolutely wonderful service, kind gentlemen, professional and highly recommend them. Quick replacement of a hot water tank. Cleaned up and left me feeling valued as a customer. Also checked and worked to get my all house air conditioning to work properly after another company purposefully tried to rip me off. Thank you!

We've used Beam for our family's heating and air conditioning needs for almost 30 years, at two different locations, and have had excellent service all along the way. Their front office staff is helpful, and the technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. Dustin came out today to check our 31-year-old A/C and was forthright and clear in explaining the problems and recommending a reasonable, workable solution. I appreciated that he didn't propose questionable repairs or pressure us into buying a new unit right away. We highly recommend the company.

I finally found a go to company for my furnace/air.
I had a hard to figure out downdraft issue. Barb in the office was nice and listened to my issue and got me with Paul the service manager who took his time and expertise to explain some things over the phone. He sent Mike and Steve over to check it out. They were professional, knowledgeable, explained my issue and gave the furnace a good cleaning and my issue is resolved. The price was right and I felt comfortable with these guys in my home.
My old furnace and air conditioner will soon be needing replaced and Beam will be the company I call. Beam was recommended to me and it was good advise!

We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with Beam. Our salesman John was not only incredibly knowledgeable but super friendly and felt like family. Their prices were lower than the other 2 heating and cooling businesses that we had come give us quotes and they were for the same furnaces we were looking at as well. Our installer, Justin was also just as knowledgeable and friendly as well as efficient and cleaned up after a complete furnace install with everything he did, and it was an overall 5 star event. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism and wonderful business. We would highly recommend using them for any heating or cooling needs.

I called after our furnace was having trouble lighting and my simple cleaning of the sensor didn't work. Dustin came out and did a phenomenal job walking me through how everything works, doing his full tune-up, and giving me tips and tricks on how to better maintain the system. He patiently explained the different tolerances for components when I asked and explained what might go and when. I'd originally called Beam simply because their sticker was on the furnace when we bought the house, but now I'll call based off of a great experience. They were actually more affordable than I expected and honestly I'd have been completely willing to pay more. Dustin was great.

Ben and Josh did an awesome job all around. Here early, on time and got right at it. Very quiet and worked hard all day! Cleaned up well, and left it looking great! Highly recommend !

I just had my furnace and air conditioners replaced and the service was outstanding. After I contacted Beam, they came out immediately to give me an estimate, then installed everything in a short period of time. They two service men were extremely professional, friendly and explained things to me after the installation. 5 Stars!! Thank you, Beam Team!

Clean install, attention to detail and routing of lines.
They went the extra mile to level and position Condensing unit, through in some rock positioning that they had to move for the pad to fit in nicely. Looks and functions great!!
Highly recommend BEAM.
