Great work and dependable
I would say outperform expectations

Very dependable and knowledgeable. Exceeded all my expectations. Very professional and neat, and explains what is needed and how the work is going to be done.

I would recommend 100%. Very reliable, honest & professional.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Cem gives you the straight facts and doesn't try to up-sell you for something that you don't need. Very dependable, quality service and products!

I called the owner on a Tuesday afternoon after my AC quit working. Explained to him what had happened. He took the time to explain to me what could be the issue. Said he would be out Wednesday afternoon. Sure enough right on time Wednesday afternoon he showed up took a look at our unit, diagnosed it, gave us the cost (which I might say was very reasonable) and fixed it all in the matter of 1 hour. He was very professional, very nice, and explained everything that he did. The questions we asked he answered and didn't look at us like we had 3 heads. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I was thoroughly taken care of by the owner of the company. He was very professional and did a quick and great job. He knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. My heating and AC fan are working awesome now.

CA Heating was prompt and very efficient at reviewing my heating system. All that was needed was a relay for the humidifier, but they found the problem and fixed it quickly. The are very knowledgeable and do what is best for you and do not upsell to things you don't need.

This company is wonderful. I had a heating (hot water system) emergency on a very cold weekend and the owner of the company responded within the hour. My 40 year old boiler finally called it quits. CA Heating fixed my existing boiler safely so that I could continue to have heat until it could be replaced. They replaced it with a more efficient system along with tankless hot water. The price was MORE than fair and the workmanship was excellent. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. Don't hesitate to call them. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job!

My home air conditioner was running non stop and wasn’t cooling the house properly. Gave him a call and he was there the next day. Made some adjustments to the cooling unit as well as some ductwork and was working like new. Very knowledgeable and gave me some tips going forward. Highly recommend!

The Company has trusted knowledgeable technicians. They are reliable and stand behind their products and services. If you need service for the equipment, they are available to help you with your problems.

In today’s world, it is rare to find a company that operates under the highest ethical and professional standards possible. We recently needed an air conditioner system replaced and Cem from CA Heating and Cooling came highly recommended from a friend that used them in the past. Without doubt, they are one of the most professional and ethical organizations that I have interacted with. Cem was punctual, precise, honest, responsive, extremely clear with problem identification and recommended resolutions, very competitive price wise (less expensive that anyone else) and very neat. His work was meticulous and he was exact with timelines, costs and outcome estimates. They raise the bar very high for any competitor. Cem provided a complete install of a new Carrier Air Conditioning system and his work, sense of urgency and overall customer engagement standards are second to none. I attest without reservation using CA Heating and Cooling for anyone’s needs related to Heating, Cooling, or any related services that they provide. You will not go wrong!

Responsive, efficient, and professional! Cem arrived within an hour of contacting him way after ‘normal’ business hours…9pm! He troubleshooted and resolved my AC issue (blowing room temperature air) quickly! What a blessing in this 90 degree June heatwave. Thank you so much Cem!!! Highly recommended!

CA Heating & Cooling replaced my heat pump system with a new AC unit and gas furnace. I couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend CA Heating & Cooling to anyone. They were very efficient, thorough, and detailed in the work they did. Everything was top notch and done the right way. Pricing, fast and efficient work and job site clean up made this a great experience for me!

Here’s an enhanced version of your review:

I first met Cem from CA Heating and Cooling back in 2020 when he replaced my AC unit, installed additional vents in the bedrooms, and added extra returns. From the start, he stood out by offering competitive pricing and showing an unmatched commitment to getting the job done right. Thanks to his work, I can actually freeze in my house now!

Fast forward to this month, and I needed both my boiler and water heater replaced. Cem went above and beyond once again, walking me through all the options and helping me design the perfect setup for my needs. His expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional.

I’ve confidently referred many friends and family to Cem, and every single one has been just as impressed. He’s not only incredibly skilled at what he does but also a genuinely outstanding person with a fantastic work ethic. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call him again for any heating or cooling needs, and I’ll continue to recommend him wholeheartedly!

Cem did a great job replacing my a/c unit and run some gas lines and other jobs around my house. Very conscientious and knowledgeable. Does everything the right way, never cuts corners. Wouldn’t even think of using another contractor.

Cem was a pleasure to deal with. He came out quickly to inspect our problem. He was extremely professional & honest. He had our new furnace and air conditioning units within days. The installations went smoothly and he answered all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend CA Heating & Cooling!

Very satisfied with the service and friendliness of Cem and his assistant. I had a complete new system installed. They were on time got right to work and left no mess at all. The area is cleaner than before! I highly recommend Cem. It’s hard to find a business that does honest work and takes pride in the work that’s done.

Cem was extremely professional from the start of our experience until the completion of the installation. Cem explained everything that he thought would help our situation and even a neighbor who asked him to come look at his property when he was installing our air conditioner and furnace. We would highly recommend Cem and his team. Prices were very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable.

I recently used CA Heating & Cooling, LLC for a new HVAC System (AC + Furnace) and a hot water heater. Cem and his team did a really great job from beginning to end.

My AC died in the middle of a multiple week stretch of temps in the upper 80s and 90s, so I was in urgent need of support. Cem was quick to respond to my initial request and questions before I even committed to using CA for the work. All comms went through Cem, I never had to deal with a answering service, secretary or phone tag. We communicated mainly through text, which I prefer, but called for bigger convos or when I had a lot of questions. He was even able to help my current broken unit to limp on a couple days before I was able to schedule the install (Cem could have installed sooner, but I had to delay due to my own availability).

I received multiple offers. CA was competitive or better for each level package we discussed (I discussed 3 packages). All three packages offered top tier brands. Other companies I received quiotes from used top tier brand for the top tier manufacture, then offered mid - low tier manufacturer for the less "delux" packages. I decided to go with Cem because I feel like he truthfully answered all my questions (there were many) and helped me land on an option that would be the right fit for my need. I never felt like he was guiding me to a more expensive package that was more than I would have needed. I did get that feeling from other companies I got a quote from. He also researched tax rebates that he called out for each package and even helped find and fill out forms for rebates I was elegible for from the utility company.

Cem was able to schedule install quickly, which was important since I had a failed unit and temps were in the 90s. I was very happy with the overall install. He was able to complete the install in one day, which included AC, furnace, lines + I also was due for a water heater, and he was able to complete that as well. He arrived on time and worked until the job was done. I am super happy with the quality of install. It was obviously a higher quality job than what I had previously. The job requires a lot of trips in and out of the house, so used drop cloths and shoe covers and left zero mess behind.

Cem checked in once I had the system a few days to make sure everything was working well.

From beginning to end, Cem did a great job. I am very happy with the package he helped me decide on and the quality of work and support provided throughout the process.

Owner Cem is a very honest and trustworthy individual. We have had him replace both the ac and heater at our previous home as well as our current home. He also replaced the water heater at our old home. In both cases his pricing was very reasonable, he was clean, courteous and professional. His work is phenomenal. I have since, and will continue to recommend him to anyone that mentions anything to do with hvac, or water heaters. Your look is over if you’re in Monroeville or murrysville, Cem is your guy.

No one enjoys discussing the prospect of installing a new air conditioning system, but when the time comes, it’s essential to take the plunge.

I reached out to three different companies for quotes. The first one was CA Heating and Cooling. Cem arrived punctually and represented his company exceptionally well. He informed me about their labor and product warranties, emphasizing their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Before making a decision, I decided to compare the quotes from the other two companies. After a few days, Cem followed up with me and so I shared my thoughts that I got from the other two estimates. Cem was open to discuss all questions that I had and made me feel comfortable sharing my thoughts/concerns. He offered the best price and exceptional service, assuring me that there would be no hidden costs. No one wants to incur unexpected expenses!

Cem meticulously crafted a schedule that accommodated my preferences. On the scheduled day, he arrived with his team and executed their magic. They provided me with peace of mind throughout the entire AC project.

I highly recommend CA Hearing and Cooling to others. I am confident that they will exceed their customers’ expectations with their exceptional quality of service.

Thank you, CA heating and cooling!
