Lucas did a great job with replacing our 50 gal gas hot water heater. He let us know that he was running late. He was very pleasant and went about his work as soon as he arrived. He removed the old unit and installed the new one within less that 2 hours. He brought his own towels to wipe up any water leaks and cleaned up the work area before he left.

Used Mr. Waterheater in the past at another property and they were awesome. Needed a waterheater at my current residence and called them. They arrived within hours, were very professional and completed the job quickly. The price was fair. I will continue to use them when needed. Dont hesitate to call them. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. Water heater broke at 3am Sunday...of course it was the day before Memorial Day. I called Monday morning and they were here by Tuesday. Good communication the whole time. They were on time. Removed/Replaced water heater and added an expansion tank in about an hour. Very reasonable pricing. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Mr. Waterheater is great! They are professional, fast and reasonably priced. I called them Monday afternoon for an emergency- a leaking water heater that could burst at any time. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and efficient. He immediately scheduled me for the following morning. He had all of my previous info from past services. By 9am on Tuesday, a service team was at my home. They were personable and explained everything to me clearly. They worked quickly but they were not sloppy. They didn't make a mess. The whole repair and replacement process was about an hour. I was very satisfied with everything. Thank you! I definitely recommend them.

I learned the pricing from Gary was very competitive, then today's installation from Lucas was quick and professional. We bought both an AO Smith water heater and a Rheem water softener. Upon completion, Lucas showed me how to operate and maintain both units. I'm very pleased!

I own multiple rental properties and TWICE Mr Water heater has shown me that I do NOT need a new hot water heater! Recently another company told me it would cost $2,700 for a new heater because it was a Saturday. But over the phone Mr Water Heater had a tenant look at the existing hot water heater sticker and determined it was still under warranty, which it was. No service by them needed. Another time they discovered that the water on the basement floor was not coming from the heater but actually from a leaking steam pipe. Again, no service by them needed.
However, twice they have replaced hot water heaters at a fair price, and quickly for my tenants which is obviously very important.
Lastly, they were first recommended to me by my plumber who does excellent work but he said they would too and would likely be less expensive. Good for him and good for them!

Dealing with this company is the best experience I’ve ever had with a home repair. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, were very respectful and charged what is in my opinion a very fair price that was lower than the ballpark figure they gave on the phone. No shady or pushy sales practices here. I’ll tell everyone I know and while I hope I don’t need a new water heater for many years, Mr. Water Heater will be my first call when I do.

Called Mr. Waterheater on 3.10.25 in the afternoon and was thrilled when they answered the phone. I obtained very helpful information during that call and they were at my home the following morning promptly at 9 a.m. The installer was so nice, explained everything to me, what I needed to be brought up to code, and even swept the floor in that corner before he installed new water heater. I appreciated that. I used Mr. Waterheater 11 years ago when my waterheater let go and flooded my whole family room. I remembered how quick they were here, how helpful they were and competitively priced which is why I didnt hesitate to call them this time. A few months ago my hot water tank wouldn't light and I thought it was dead, so I called and ordered a new tank. They showed up and got my existing tank lit and let me decide to try riding out my current tank or replacing it, even though they had the tank I ordered with them and it would have been an $800 call versus an $80 call. They could have just showed up and replaced it without trying to light it. I decided to see how long my existing tank would last. A few months later it developed a pinhole leak and it was time to replace for real this time. I called and they showed up within an hour of my call. The replaced my water heater, expansion tank, shut-off valves, and new gas line to the tank in a little over an hour and the pricing was fair. Amazing service, fast response, and fair pricing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their tank.

A old water heater leaking all over my basement is no fun experience, but Mr. Waterheater made it the smoothest part of the whole experience.

Initially, I had called another plumbing outfit that had installed my current water heater. I called them after hours at night when I first discovered the leak. They called me in the morning back but they weren’t able to give me warranty information on the phone, nor were they able to give me an appointment window, they had to “see if they could fit me in”.

After doing the research on my own about the warranty and learning it wasn’t in the covered anymore, I called Mr. Waterheater. They were knowledgeable about my current model and made sure they had something comparable to replace it. They gave me a time window later in the day. And the best part, they gave me an estimated price of the water heater and installation over the phone!

Anthony and Dave showed up exactly when they said they would. They were friendly and knowledgeable and assessed my hot water system, and made some recommendations. THe “real” price was very reasonable and close to the estimated price over the phone. The invoice they provided states the warranty information very clearly, for my future reference

They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were out of my house in less than 2 hours. I remember the previous outfit was here at least a half a day!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Waterheater.

I woke up to the leaking of my hot water tank. I called them at 6:45 am, i had my return call by 8 am to gather all of the pertinent information & the estimated cost, and the technicians arrived by 8:45 am.

They started work right away. Drained the tank and had the new one installed within 45-60 minutes. They noticed a leak coming from my existing hose hook ups and replaced those for me.

My total cost was no more than what i was quoted over the phone. They were efficient, friendly and very professional. Dennis was one of my technicians, he was very nice and explained everything to me, including the fact that using a credit card would add a 3% charge for using it for payment. which i was fine with since the man on the phone had already told me that. He also explained the 6 year warranty on the tank and work completed.

They didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need or want. I highly recommend Mr. Waterheater. They do great work and are the most affordable around. I had a quote from someone last winter of $1,800 which i thought was very high and i am glad i didn't get it done then because my total cost was MUCH less than that.
