I have been an investor in Pittsburgh for several years and we have gone through our fair share of trades services. One thing that we have run into over and over again is contractors who do not return calls or who do not show up for jobs. So, I can not tell you what a RELIEF it was for us to find out about Ridgely Home Services. These guys not only answer calls and messages, but they answer them SWIFTLY. When they say they are going to go out to get an estimate done, they are not there on time, they are there EARLY. When they say they are going to have a quote by X hour, that quote is in my inbox with time to spare. And that's just their CUSTOMER SERVICE that is stellar, now let's talk about the actual WORK that they do. We have hired them for all manner of jobs from hauling, dumping, cleaning, moving, repair work of all kinds, and exterior work. With each job they have done, I have been more and more impressed and more and more grateful to know that they are DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE, HONEST and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough! FIVE Stars without hesitation.

Ridgely was a lifesaver!! All the rain turned my mother’s landscaping into a nightmare and they brought it back to a dream quickly and for a very reasonable price. We are beyond pleased with the service provided and the constant communication through the process. As soon as I called for a quote, they were there within days to look at the scope of the job, provided the quote the next day and upon acceptance started the job immediately and finished in 2 days. Remarkable service in an industry that can easily leave you frustrated and unsatisfied.

I reached out regarding gutter repair. I have a gutter that is not properly sloped towards the downspout. I sent the description and picture of what was going on at their request. The response was that the pitch of a gutter cannot be corrected without replacing them, which is not accurate.

Pretty disappointed at the attempt to upsell me to new gutters. All without truly coming on site but even looking at the picture they clearly would see that the gutter and roof were not in bad shape (the house is 15 years old). Unfortunate response without providing a true estimate after physical evaluation.
