MW replaced our old failing air conditioner with a new heat pump. Mark explained the advantages of the new unit on practical and scientific levels. He is an expert's expert. Seth and Nick did the installation. They are excellent at their job not to mention polite and courteous as well. I am supremely satisfied with this job and the prior maintenance MW did for us. Everyone from the owner to the office staff and technicians are delightful to conduct business with.

Arrived within a few hours, fixed an old AC system promptly that was not cooling, kept us informed of every step and the cost for every replacement part, and there was only one step and replacement part!!! Way less $ than we expected, way more transparent than we are used to. We will call this company for whatever they service before any other place.

This is a great company. My furnace was out on a cold night, and they responded very quickly. The young man who came to my house was very professional and friendly. He worked all morning and got it fixed at a reasonable price. I am VERY happy with this company. They will have my business in the future.

Alyssa was absolutely wonderful! I had done most of the diagnostic work myself, solely because I have been scammed by SO many local companies over the years. Being told outrageous prices, told they won't come unless they can do this, that or the other thing, or just straight up being lied to. I got so fed up that I tried to learn as much as I could about the things in my home. I was fully prepared for the usual "Well, you just go in the house and make a sandwich and I'll rip out your condensor and whatever else and charge you $1,000s for it.". Not with Alyssa. Not even once. She listened to me, asked me some questions and I showed her the part that I kept coming back to that just didn't seem right. She focused in on that and concluded that it was, in fact, the issue. Replaced it, checked everything and got us back to blowing cold within 30 mins. She showed up within the hour, backed into my driveway without doing burnouts in my yard, like another company did, and was professional the entire time. Never once did she stop to pee on the side of my house under my son's window either, like another company did. Amazing what a real professional can accomplish. My husband is a trucker, and when it comes to me dealing with companies on my own, I've definitely gotten the short end of the stick. I've finally found a company I feel that I can relax about. Building trust is so important with your clients, and they understand this well. The price was right too, especially considering how tough things are for everyone right now. Thank you, Alyssa! The magnet is on the fridge and finally, we know just who to call!

Carter and Jordan were very professional and knowledgeable. They used their foot coverings before they came in the house which I appreciate. They tested the system found the problem and fixed the problem in a timely manner. When I made the call for service, Lisa, the office manager was very kind and considerate. Sent the guys right out. I would recommend MW mechanical services to anyone.

Mark and his team are awesome! They came out and fixed our furnace the next day!! We were told by another place it would take two days for the part and Mark had it the next morning. The technician was so kind, knowledgeable and thorough!!! We will be contacting them again for all of furnace service needs.

We had two technicians come to fix our gas furnace. They got us in same day and were very professional from start to finish. They explained what the issue was and fixed it quickly. We shared some others things that have been occuring and they were able to identify the cause and fixed those issues too. We felt the cost was fair. I really appreciated the thorough explanations they provided of all the work performed. I highly recommend MW Mechanical Services for any of your HVAC repairs.

Quick response to fix our leaking water heater. Courteous and professional technician did a great job and left our house immaculately clean. Several weeks ago we had the same experience when they quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty fan on our heat pump. Highly recommend.

I am very happy and appreciative of the service and support I received from MW Mechanical Services. I had an issue with my HVAC unit late on a Friday night evening and after reviewing several companies on Google, I decided to reach out to this company based on customer reviews. It was very easy to schedule service through their scheduling tool online and when I called to confirm the day of, the office was very friendly.

Seth and Nick helped me get set up with a new (and better) condensate pump and also installed new tubing. They answered my questions about additional services and options and also talked through yearly maintenance plans with me.

Pricing was great, Seth and Nick were fantastic, and my overall experience was excellent. I have been looking for a local HVAC company to work for some time - this team will be my go to for all things HVAC going forward.

Mark and his team were great! They came and inspected and determined that our new house had a 20 yr old furnace and AC. They were quick and clean when installing the new ones and explained everything they were doing and how to work the new thermostat! I had a few estimates, but MW beat the other guys prices!

I had a failing blower fan during burning heat! I left a voicemail late in the evening, and Lisa returned my call first thing in the morning at 7:00 AM to schedule an appointment, which fortunately occurred a few hours later that same day.

Carter was very thorough diagnosing the problem, and determined that an OEM fan was needed, which would have to be ordered. He confirmed that it would be available the next day, which was great news!

The fan had arrived the next evening, so my follow up service call to install the fan was early morning, the day after the part arrived. Nick installed the new fan and tested and confirmed the cooling operability of my AC. He was also very thorough in his work.

Overall this was a fantastic experience! I received prompt scheduling, as well as friendly and professional communication from everyone I spoke with - Lisa, Carter, and Nick. Thank you very much!

I was having some furnace issues right before Christmas so I called MW Mechanical Services. Mark came out on the Saturday before Christmas and managed to get my furnace running, but let me know I was in need of new one. This was no surprise to me. He went and got his iPad out of his truck and thoroughly went over the equipment and process with me. He came out almost daily and kept my old furnace running for me until I was able to get the new one installed. MW Mechanical installed my new equipment quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Super pleased with my experience. Lisa was great to talk to on the phone and Alyssa was out to replace a capacitor the next morning. Diagnostics, replacement, and testing barely took an hour and my house is back to normal—much appreciated by my pregnant wife. Thanks Alyssa and Lisa!

Mark came by afterward to ensure everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated the follow-through. The system was installed just in time for the heat wave, and our home has never felt more comfortable. Highly recommend!
