Technician Noah came to look at our heating system that stopped working about a week ago. He was extremely friendly and informative. He wasn't here long and he talked to his superiors regarding a new furnace installation. We also were not aware the furnace we currently have is from 2005. About four years ago we had a "new" furnace installed. Clearly we were lied to. This is of no concern whatsoever with Keystone Comfort Solutions. Great professional, accomodating business. Will refer friends to them.

Keystone Comfort Solutions provided and installed a new Mitsubishi heat pump and air conditioning system with excellent filtration, plus a programmable thermostat. James and Noah are prompt, efficient,, knowledgeable, and wholly-likeable people. Their installation replaced our much older gas furnace that had died, as well as our 17 year-old backyard air conditioner. They ran into some problematic, older house situations; but for them, it was "No Drama." I give them the highest recommendation possible.

Words cannot express how awesome these guys are. I've used them for commercial work, and had them do a residential installation. They know their stuff. Fix it quick. They are super professional. Other companies can't even compare.

Showed up on time, very friendly, would answer my questions, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything, but offered sound suggestions for repairs that should be made. No complaints.

The guys gave me a thorough and professional and out-of-the-box quote on a new AC unit. Others were a little more “plug and play“ where these guys did a more thorough assessment of my system and ended up having a different approach to solving my air conditioning needs! They aren’t a gigantic operation, and you can tell in a very good way!

Came right in. Found out that it was in fact a bad thermostat, replaced it with a new one.

They were punctual, friendly and they fully explain the situation on the issue. Also, they give recommendations on anything that may need replaced or upgraded in the future.

These guys definitely know what they're doing. They came in and conquered the outrageous pipe display that I had going on. Reconstructed everything down there while they put in their new system. Heating system works 100% better than what I had with my old boiler. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that needs a new heating system or who's having trouble with their existing one. Their knowledge rules!!!!
