Colin was my technician he was polite super efficient and got the job done quick. If you ever need electrical repair you have to call thomas Edison electric.

After a mis- quote by an employee. Management called me back, they went over and above my expectations. After this experience they will be my go to electric company!
Update- Carlos came out gave me a quote for the work to be completed, he explained what he was going to do and said he would be back on Friday to install. Everything looks great! I highly recommend Thomas Edison electric!

The electricians were knowledgeable, helpful, and did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and were very kind. I highly recommend them!

From the moment I called the the company, the agent was frendly, actually listened, and spelled my name correctly (that never happens) and was reasuring. I then received a called from the office to confirm my appointment and all my details, shortly after. When the technicians arrived, they were super informative, answered all of my queations, made appropriate recommendations (did not try to offer things I did not need), and provided me with an estimate for the work. I decided to move dorward with the project and they did the work in less than 8 hours, and trust me, it was a LOT of work. The fact that the company, from the first call to the electricians finishing the project, told me what to expect at each stage and followed through accordingly, was amazing. The work is guaranted so definately call on them for your next electrical project.

After our new dryer was delivered we discovered the 240V plug was defective. Called Edison early in the afternoon and 2 hours later Stanley arrived to replace the faulty receptacle. EXCELLENT JOB. Stanley even helped me push the dryer back to where it needed to be. FIRST RATE JOB.

We had a crew from Thomas Edison Electric Inc. come out to check our electric system after a severe water leak. The crew was polite and professional during the entire process. They answered questions we had and prepared a quote for issues they found after showing us the problems. We called Thomas Edison Electric on a Friday evening and had an electrician out the next morning. Jasin was fantastic! The electrical problem was in the attic, unfortunately very far from the access point. Jasin had to climb through our attic multiple times and kept a positive attitude through the whole experience. He explained everything to us, showed us photos of what was causing the issue, and resolved it on the spot. The pricing was fair and we were really happy with the service.

Very happy. I called and someone actually answered the phone. Told him my issue. They said they'd send someone out that afternoon. And they showed up!!!! Then with the game plan and a price. Came back the next day and completed the job. Kind and courteous. Maybe it cost a little more but the job is done.and that project is now behind me. This company is Very rare these days. Stan was our electrician who installed our hookup for a portable generator to our electrical panel. He explained to me step by step how to connect the generator safely in case of a power outage. I also had the opportunity to connect the generator myself so i could learn much easier how to do it properly. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I definitely would call for him again with future electrical projects.

This company is phenomenal, from the person taking the call and making sure they sent electrician that was highly familiar with installing pool equipment to understanding our issues. The installer went above what we expected could be done as well as addressing other electrical issues we were concerned about. I would definitely use them again for future electrical issues.
