Jordan came out to check the job outfirst visit he forgot about second time he showed up waiting 2 months for an estimate that never came. I left several messages. Hired another tree service. If he didn’t have time or didn’t want the job just say so….. Unfortunately , I cannot recommend.

Neighbor's tree being cut down. I was sent a brief secondhand message that Heartwood would "bring some equipment through my yard." Instead, I've got two really massive trucks parked IN my yard and taking up my entire yard, all day long. That's totally different, and I got a half-apology at first. To their credit, they offered to fix any damage incurred, and the trucks are parked on wide rubber mats. But what's most concerning to me is how long it took them to own up to their mistake, which has relevance to any customer. I do think they saw the light of day eventually, and I hope they have learned from this.
