Had an issue with the washing machine in my house, had another tech come look at it and they couldn't figure it out. Ryan came out next day, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Provided a great level of service, was responsive and very nice to work with. He took care to walk me through the issue at the end, 5/5/ would use again!

Ryan from Bentech just fixed my dryer which had suddenly stopped heating. Scheduling the service was very easy on the website, and Ryan was communicative, prompt, and very knowledgable. He diagnosed exactly what was wrong and quickly acquired the part needed for the repair and the dryer was working again in a few short hours!

Ryan was GREAT!! He came to fix my dryer and did a bang-up great job with it and everything!!!!!!! He’s a “keeper” in my fix-it book!!
