We had a lot of plumbing needs that needed to be addressed quickly. Emanuel Plumbing & Heating were responsive, quick, and did a fantastic job at a fair price.

We needed a sewer line replaced. The job was completed timely and at a fair price. The installation team was professional, they cleaned up the work area when they were through. We are pleased with the end results.

I have a defective sewer lateral write-up from the city. The repair job involves a lot of street digging before the pipe can be replaced. I am so glad to have found Bart Emanuel & Son for the job. Joe and his crew definitely have the experience, tools and equipment to get the job done right, and their cost is very reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended.

Emanuel Plumbing & Heating did a wonderful job replacing my cast iron sewer and lead water line, and I could not be happier with the results. They were professional, they explained their work thoroughly, and they were thoughtful in their approach to minimize both the cost and the impact on my house and property. Sewer and water are working great, and I was impressed with how little evidence remained of the work given the volume of dirt dug up and the amount of concrete hauled around. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best plumbers out there. They are fast, and they know what they are doing. I recommend them to everyone.

You pros need eye protection while jack hammering.

The owner is completely disrespectful and rude. Do not hire. They block up the street where their garages are and refuse to move their vehicles. He told me today “well I own all the garages and I’m making money so I don’t care”

    Completely disrespectful to the neighborhood.

This company was doing cement and plumbing work for my neighbor. And like most contractors, made a mess and were inconsiderate of the neighborhood. That aside, I was planning to call them to do some work for my house until I discovered that the son of the company owner helped himself to my garden hose which is two houses down. He dragged my hose through cement, mud and muck, borrowed it without asking and then had the gall to toss it back without winding it back on the spigot. Disrespectful and rude. When I confronted the son his reply was “it was an emergency.” He left sand and grit on my sidewalk and curb.

Folks, I’m not sure if you want to hire a company whose owner helps himself to other people’s belongings.
