I've had Gino do work in my 160 year old home twice. Both times he has been efficient and professional. I'd rather not need an electrician again, but if I do, I'll call him again.

I had a great experience with BG. They installed 3 ceilings fans for me and were accurate with pricing estimates, responsive, timely and extremely professional. I had a few questions and they were great with explanations and keeping me informed. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves as well. I’d recommend them to anyone and would def use them again in the future.

BG Electric responded immediately, they were at my home to offer a free estimate with 1 hour of our call. Ben was very knowledgeable, he thoroughly explained every option to remedy our electrical issues. BG rendered a quote immediately and came back same day to repair. They installed outlets and patched up holes, cleaned up mess and reexplained what they did and how we should operate moving forward. I will surely recommend their services again!

Well they were very responsive to a Google quote request, Eugene called me within the hour. They had a quote fee that was not going towards the price of the quote if it was accepted as a lot of companies do. However I accepted and i am glad i did. They showed up when they said they would and they kept me updated at all times. The job was so big that it took them 2 days. It was not until I already have accepted the quote that i was notified that payment with credit card had a 5% extra charge wish was not charged on the payment of the estimate and the same payment method was used. Mason & Ben this guys are amazing, they completed the job in a timely matter having in consideration the weather ( very cold winter) at this location. This guys were very professional and executed the job in a clean way.
I strongly recommend this company.

Ermal was available within a couple of days of my request. He was prompt, thorough, and took time to answer questions/educate me. I'll definitely call him for my future electrical needs!

First time using this Company - Im very impressed with the whole process it was made easy and worry free. Estimator came out and I inquired about few different options of what to do and Mason gave suggestions to try and help me save $$ instead of doing a bunch of work arounds.

I called back a few days later. Ben & Mason came out to house added recessed lighting in the basement. We ran into a problem of extra junction boxes and Ventilation blocking where we where originally going to put recessed in Dining Room. I decided to add a few more light and drop them down to 4” over the next couple days they go the new equipment came back and and patched everything up nicely!!

I would recommend this business to anyone. Fast and efficient service. I was really stressed out about my electricity. I called on Saturday and in one hour Mason was at my house. He analyzed the situation and reassured me that he will remedy the situation in a timely manner. Today Monday, March 13th, 2023 Mason was at my house about 8am. I left Mason at my house and I space of 4 hours my 100a was converted to 200a. Work carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Work was very neat. Please do not hesitate to use this company. You will not regret it. Mason was very professional, clean and well groomed.

Requested an estimate to install an electric outlet. Mason and Ben arrived promptly at the time they indicated and provided the estimate. Instead of scheduling a return trip to do the work, they completed it within 20 minutes. Professional, friendly, extremely courteous. I highly recommend using BG Electric and have nothing but compliments for Mason and Ben.

My husband and I have had two wonderful experiences with BG Electric. Ben was so nice and we highly recommend him. We had him out twice to come out and help fix multiple electrical problems in an old house with complicated wiring. Super fast response time and always calls ahead to let you know when he will be there. Ben also took time to explain each problem which was awesome. Great service!

What a pleasant experience. I am normally concerned with contractors of any sort coming into my home. But BG Electric made my day. From my first panicked call in the morning they had Ben, the technician at my door in less than two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the issue was repaired in quick order, putting me entirely at ease. They did not try to oversell me as some contractors do. Great experience with Mason. They partially rewired my house while I was on vacation, and kept me informed of all issues that arose. He answered me patiently and made it clear that there were no bad questions. They also replaced any broken bulbs and taped up the holes.

I had previously contacted another electrician for this job, but they never sent me a quote.

BG was very responsive, and always on time. Mason called any time he was heading to my house to let me know he was on the way. The quotes, the work, and everything else happened right when they said it would.

My fiancé and I woke up to an outlet in our kitchen not working as well as our hard wired dishwasher not turning on. After troubleshooting the problem ourselves, we couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

We reached out to BG Electric Service LLC expressed what was going on and luckily someone was available to come out that same day (it was a Friday and we were certain that we were going to pay out the wazooo and/or have a very difficult time having someone come out on such a short notice) It wasn’t urgent by any means either.

Mason and Ben arrived to our home very quickly provided a diagnostic test and told us what was wrong. Mason gave me an estimate of the price to fix it. The cost was extremely reasonable! Mason and Ben replaced the necessary parts to get our outlet and dishwasher running again!

I had an Electrical issue at 9pm. BG Electric came in 15 minutes. Mason the electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the issue and fixed the problem. I recommend BG Electric if you are in need of a reliable electrician!

My brother and I have used BG Electric Service multiple times now and were happy with the services they provided each time. If you need an electrician I would recommend them. Both Ben and Mason took their time to answer all my questions and fixed our electrical issues. Will continue to use them for electrical services that I need, so if you need an electrician give them a try.

Within 24 hours of contacted BG for an appraisal, Ben and Mason showed up, on time and quickly assessed our needs. We were emailed with a quote within 24 hours and the following day after accepting they were back to do the work on time (a little early!) And were as professional as can be. I have never dealt with a more reliable, smoothly operated company or workers before. Ben and Mason went above and beyond and pointed out other potential issues i had that weren't even Electrical related, now I finally know why my bathroom gets very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer!

Some of my rooms in my home lost power so I browsed around for electricians around the area. BG Electric was the 3rd service I called but I wish it was my first since they were the only ones that answered. They are quick to respond and were able to find a techinician to come by on the same day. Mason and Ben did a great job explaining what the issue was and were willing to fix it on New Years Day. They upgraded my breaker box, installed grounding and fixed connections in a prompt manner and also kept my place tidy.

BG Electric is a great company to hire for your electrical needs.! Mason and Ben did a great job on changing my 100 amp service to 200 amp. These electricians are super professional, courteous and attentive. They arrived ahead of schedule and went to work and explained everything to me as I asked. The servicemen, Ben and Gino, were very courteous and respectful of me my property and everything was cleaned up after the job. They installed a Ring flood light and even helped me set up the Ring App.The work was done quickly and informed of their progress the entire time. The price was very reasonable I would definitely recommend this company. I have used their services 4 times.

Mason and Ben were here on 8/2/24. They installed a new breaker panel and were very professional. My wife and I were very please with the work they performed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for highly qualified electricians.
