Great supply house

As a contractor, it's great to buy from a business where the counter people know their product and are personable. Thank you.

They have a good inventory but the issue is the response rate. Their line is usually busy and front desk is mostly unwilling to help. Once you have established a relation they do respond quickly but are still difficult to get a hold of.

They cannot even provide a cut sheet on a heater so I would think twice before I went here!!

Horrible customer service. Their front desk staff are very rude and refuse to answer basic questions. Take your business elsewhere.

Guys at the front desk trying to call them they giving attitude to people sales person acring like they are doctores,repeating the same thing 20 times and still dont get it i wosh i could put zero reviews on this guys
