My experience with Safety First Electric was top notch. I was very pleased with the work Kevin had did.

I had an exceptional experience with Kevin from Safety First Electric. He installed my Tesla wall charger with professionalism, timeliness, and efficiency. His workmanship was impeccable, and he left me feeling confident in both the installation and my choice of electrician. Beyond his technical skills, Kevin's friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I not only found a reliable electrician for future jobs but also made a new friend. I highly recommend Kevin and Safety First Electric for any electrical needs.

I called Kevin to get electric out to my detached garage for an automatic garage door opener install for security /single woman, not so safe neighborhood. Since I’m fixing the concrete out back I had hoped running a line underground was the best option but he insisted it was too far away. He said the only way was a new meter Peco would power. He charged $850 in labor plus materials. Also needed an electric cert, for $100.
Almost $1500 and a month later, Peco disagreed with Kevin’s design, and just to make it even worse, it would be considered commercial and roughly $80 a month to use a garage door and safety lights. Kevin didn’t know this policy that was in place for several years and doesn’t understand why I would blame him for not checking first.
Kevin offered a 2nd design - run an arial line 12ft in the air for 80ft, and he’d do it for free. So I called Peco to see - even worse idea. 2 bad ideas for something flammable made me ask for a refund.
Kevin will not answer calls or texts or take responsibility for his design.
I’m out hundreds of dollars, time, energy, holes in my garage and an obsolete meter that I can’t return, no electricity.
If he’s willing to do this to a friend of almost 20 years, imagine what he’d do to you.
