I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH LOYALTY, THE LAST WAS ON THE 24TH OF NOV I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER TO CALL ON THE 24TH TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY...I DID NO ONE CALLED OR CAME.WHAT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT,I SEE THEY DO GOOD WORK...... BUT LOYALTY THERE NOT. I ALWAYS TRY BLACK OWNED FIRST THIS DON'T ALWAYS WORK .
